In September 2008, I purchased a NEW Nokia 6500 Classic Cell phone for $279.95 from Wireless Experts. After 77 days the phone stop working. I called Wireless Experts OVER 10 times and left 6 messages to please return my call. TWO weeks later, I finally got thru only to have the Wireless Expert Rep tell me I have to go Nokia USA for technical support, which they tried to resolve the problem and suspected the cell phone maybe defective. Therefore, Nokia USA technical support referred back to Nokia USA Customer Service who then told me that my Nokia phone was a Hong Kong phone, which then they referred to Hong Kong Nokia. After several calls and e-mails to Hong Kong Nokia Customer Service informed me the cell phone had no warranty, which caused GREATER concern. Then I called Wireless Experts over 5 times and finally I got through to one of their reps who told me to send it back to them for repair. On 29DEC2008, I took pictures of the phone and packaged up in the same box with accessories and mailed back to Wireless Experts with enclosed letter demanding to either replace the phone or refund my money. Per Wireless manager, it was the company’s policy to send the phone in for maintenance before they could replace or refund my money. Please note I have been calling them twice a month and keep getting the same response “still in for repair”. As of 08JUN2009, I still do not have my phone back and management has NOT returned my calls. As a result of poor products and customer service, I will NEVER do business with this company or recommend them to anyone.

By the way I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To my surprise the BBB told me Wireless Experts currently has 16 complaints pending against them. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a htc touch pro and after a week of placing the order it still showed in process. I called wireless experts and they not even shipped the item. They had it locked, and in the webpage they showed it in stock. Very unethical and unprofessional.

purchased a tablet for my disabled daughters christmas present,it lasted just 5 weeks then would not take any charge, after many e mails finally returned to them in febuary, since then they have refused to acknowledge any communication i have made to them,e bay have been notified but not holding my breath, certainly would not touch this, obviously sweat shop cowboy outfit with a barge pole, certainly puts you off using e bay and any foreign company, you pay more on your local high street but at least you have more chance of resolving any complaint. So be warned if you are desperate enough to use this company do not expect any back up service.

Wireless Experts sold me an HTC Inspire with a warranty. The phone wprked or less then a month and when I called for the repair i was told the phone was already out of warranty. Some dufas named Bijorn lied to me numerous times and avoided all responsibility. I had to pay another $180.00 to HTC for my warranty non warranty phone. Wireless Experts are crooked.
