Written by who? If the earth really WERE warming that would reduce the acidity "problem", because warmer water would outgas CO2. It is only the present situation where CO2 levels are increasing WITHOUT any temperature rise that could theoretically cause a problem. So whichever way you jump, the Warmist argument loses: Either the earth is not warming or there is no acidity problem. What is it?
Already answered your question a few posts back. The Earth is warming AND acidity is a problem.

The other strange thing is by addressing Climate Change we can lower our energy dependency, and advance new technologies while slowing climate change.
You never hear why that is a bad idea. You only hear we have to drill for oil here, but they don't understand that will do nothing because that oil goes on the world market, unless we nationalize, which would be Socialist, irony.
Are you now admitting it's a hoax to lower our energy dependency? Do you really think our climate is at a point that it's that fragile? lol..If you want to talk clean air and pollution for people's health, that is another issue, but don't use it to fool people into thinking we need to cool the earth and by driving less it will do that. lol...CLIMATE IS ALWAYS CHANGING.

I asked who wrote the article? was it gore?

and I asked: Either the earth is not warming or there is no acidity problem. What is it? It can't be both. because warmer water would outgas CO2. It is only the present situation where CO2 levels are increasing WITHOUT any temperature rise that could theoretically cause a problem.

So go back and watch the movie again, what did Gore say?

Want to know why Nobel Laureate Al Gore likely doesn't want to debate any of the myriad of scientists and politicians that have challenged him to such a tête-à-tête regarding his manmade global warming theories?

Could it possibly be because Gore was a terrible science student, and clearly never excelled at anything relating to what folks in Norway and in the media consider him to be so expert at?

Al Gore Got a D in Natural Sciences at Harvard

Gore, who flunked out of both law school and divinity school (how does one flunk out of divinity school?), is now a self-styled scientific film maker

What's up with you and Gore? He's not the one doing these studies. He's not part of this discussion.

The desire to save humanity is always a false front for the urge to rule it
If you doubt the arrogance [of the global warming crowd, you haven't seen that Newsweek cover story that declared the global warming debate over. Consider: If Newton's laws of motion could, after 200 years of unfailing experimental and experiential confirmation, be overthrown, it requires religious fervor to believe that global warming -- infinitely more untested, complex and speculative -- is a closed issue.

ocean acidification is a scientific impossibility. Henry's Law mandates that warming oceans will outgas CO2 to the atmosphere (as the UN's own documents predict it will), making the oceans less acid. Also, more CO2 would increase calcification rates. No comprehensive, reliable measurement of worldwide oceanic acid/base balance has ever been carried out: therefore, there is no observational basis for the computer models' guess that acidification of 0.1 pH units has occurred in recent decades

seawater has a pH around 8.1, it will take an awful lot of CO2 it to even make the water neutral (pH=7), let alone acidic (pH less than 7)

which one is that??

the theory that that the oceans cant be acidified??

that is a pretty big "theory" since anything can theorhectically be acidified, if you add enough of a compound that acidifies it...

like carbon to sea water...

"funny how you know then scientists"??

wtf does that mean??

you are correct! you havnt posted any real science....

no1. it is all bought and paid for by oil companies

(your 31000 scientists reflects a fraction of those in the business)

no2. the reason everybody can see through it so darn easily(at least here in the golden state) is that is part of the same koch brothers stlye tea offensive on clean air laws.....

that they have launched nationwide...

it is like these outa touch billionaire activists people, dont realize that people in different states commumicate with each other??..

we in califronia certainly watch what is happening around the country, and what the billionaires are trying to push through.

it is a politcal barometer..

They give BILLIONS to an election that will get them "access" at the drop of a hat.

But talk about raising their taxes a little and they get all butthurt and defensive.

Something is wrong with this pictue.

Are we talking about Republicans and Ta Baggers again?

Obama made no campaign promise to mitigate climate change, he promised to make coal unaffordable.
