Review: Car Park Inc

[the events]

I always use carPark Inc...for all or my parking needs. I used them as recently as last Saturday for a huge event. And let me tell you something, they had over 40 valets, 6 managers, & 3 shuttles! All my guests were extremely pleased with their service & commented on their professionalism. Joseph Gharib is the most relaiable in his industry. Thanks guys!!!

[Parking Lots]

I always use thier CarPark Inc in Los Angeles Fation District. I always fell safe with CarPark.

[Beware]

i used their valet service at the saddle ranch restaurant on sunset blvd in los angeles, the valet took possession of my car and side swiped another car in the lot in front of me and my guest i followed all the steps given to me by the supervisor on site to file a claim, and i called called Joseph Gharib The President/CEO of the company, he sent me a claim form by mail i returned the claim form by mail and a month later no response, the number they have listed is answered by an answering service that screens his calls and has not returned my messages. so im left with driving a brand new car with a dent running along the door, thanks a lot Joseph for your service & professionalism!

my experience about got accident by their fault,I got worst experience in LA.
this company is the worst company and do not believe them.
if you got problem about your car, do not believe them...after get evidence and pix about problem you should call police or ask to third person who taking care about accident. they have somebody check damage about your car but the guy is also stupid asshole. you might fight for a long long time to get money or even sue and judge tell them how much hove to pay to you, they try to not pay or just they tell you that they can pay half or something....
