Christopher Dorner: Fugitive ex-cop's online rant puts focus on LAPD's troubled racial legacy
Dorner's problems at the LAPD played out without public notice more than four years ago, as the department gradually emerged from federal oversight following a corruption scandal. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa declared, "this is no longer your father's LAPD," after the federal clampdown ended in 2009. Read more: http://www.wjla.com/articles/2013/02/christop... |

The investigation being reopened is a joke, no way will the LAPD admit that they were wrong it would validate everything dorner said. I don't think Dorner should have killed that couple they are not responsible. That being said I believe Dorner told the truth about everything he stated in his manifesto. It is not the ramblings of a lunatic, he is clear, concise, and has a thorough understanding of how to write a report. Dorner has no reason to lie about Evans kicking that suspect. He knew he would be retaliated against. Hopefully, LAPD will stop shooting innocents in their quest to get Dorner. 3 wounded people from trigger happy cops that think small asian women look like a big black male. The police brought this upon themselves. Abuse someone and they will want to lash out at you. Police need to stop being given a free pass to kill in this country. Also hopefully they will pay the reward they offered, usually they weasle their way out of it by saying it was many people that contributed to the capture. Just look at the the terrorist bounties the US has reneged on i.e. Al-Alwalaki.

Whether that is true or not, he killed three people in cold blood. He is clearly deranged. |
Four people is nothing compared to the number So Cal cops beat, threaten or kill each & every year. You're completely clueless. |

Judged: 1 What's wrong with this picture is that taking of anybody's life is not acceptable...you almost make it sound as if the lives lost as the hands of this man don't matter in the scheme of things....it sounds like you are the clueless one. I don't know what goes on with the LA cops, true, but justifying what this man did is clearly wrong. |

Judged: 1 1 1 As you stated, you've never been exposed to the gangbanging cops we have here. All he did is what they do to dozens every year. An eye for an eye.(And please don't give me tha lame response of "leaves the whole world blind".) |

Again, you are right about not knowing much about LA cops, but I do know that what ever happened in his life, didn't justify the killing that he did. He is no hero; he has just elevated himself to be an animal just like those with whom he had a beef and wanted to expose. So, what did he achieve? He blackened his own good name, and was never able to prove his claims. |
|
They said he had over 40 names on his list. The police would have learned a better lesson if he had completed his list.
This mans actions should have shown the police that the public has had enough of their bullshit. Treat people right or pay the consequences. From out here it looks like Dorner knew too much and they had him killed. Has anyone asked the original woman that kicked the handicapped person if she was happy whit what she caused? Her pissy attitude against handicapped people caused this and she need to understand to not mistreat people. All these deaths are directly tied to her behavior. She caused this. Arrest her.. |

"Government Gangbangers" LMFAO! So true. I would have supported him up until the point he involved completely innocent people into it. No matter what anyone admits, they all know how BAAAAAAAD this makes the LAPD look it is a total lose lose lose for them. 1-They caused it- NOBODY "invents" all that detail of corruption to cover up what the police would want you to think was "just a wacko". The supposedly "improved" systemic racism and CYA Blue Line corruption at LAPD is the largest contributor to driving the man over the edge. A.K.A.'Reap what you sow'. He was driven to the edge and decided to step over. That's on C. Dorner, but the systemic hate and arrogance from the Cult of Public Safety is getting stupid now. 2-The Torrence cops totally exacerbated their image problems by then shooting up innocent people and ramming one kid's car in their gung ho badass-ness. 3-They can't explain how he was hiding 4 days in a cabin across the street from their "command center", literally able to watch THEM. 4-There are now recordings in the wild on the internet that feature police at the scene screaming and taunting "Burn that fcker" on open mics, subsequently the cabin burned. So whether right or wrong, deserved or not, the supposed, and much self-ballyhoed "upholders of the law" have show the world on live TV once again that they are simple criminals and murderers themselves. If they were so "right" then why not control themselves and use the same effort to take him alive if possible? Clearly that wasn't the plan. 5- The LAPD received a call from the owner of the cabin who was watching on live TV and has told the media she told them at the outset that there was no cable, internet or telephone in the cabin, yet the LAPD demanded, with zero FAA or AT authority, for the coverage media aircraft to pull back. Perhaps to "hide" what they were planning, or any further blunders that might occur. Viola! 6- Their response to this can only be one of defending their obvious blunders and mistakes. Again. Add to this that "it's personal" to them so the predictable Cult of Public Safety will be adversarial, defensive and vindictive in their handling of this. It's a shame innocent people have died, but let's not be as naive as the Cult of Public Pension Safety would have us be. Blaming "just" C. Dorner is faulty logic and excuse-making for self-preservation to the police. Like all mass killings, these escalations of social moral rot embolden and often guide the nature of the next mass killing. This will happen again until the systemic "blue line" lie is corrected. A gang that protects their won from accusation of wrongdoing all the way to murder, as you have seen here. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Sorry, he's not "my guy". Nice try at the "us & them" ploy. FAIL. I couldn't be happier with their "results" as outlined in detail above. As long as all this keeps underlining the endless lies and "we're heroes" lies from people who aren't even in the top 10 most dangerous jobs under truckers, construction workers, garbagemen and even lifeguards, I win. Get it. Show me where this cost me or the people who are sitting laughing at the PROBLEM LAPD CAUSED that they made aholes out of themselves cleaning up has cost us anything. It's a win win win for the people who despise the lies of the public safety parasites who have destroyed Ca. Don't you ever forget that. I know good cops, and there's few left in the LAPD. So where you going with all this ballyhoo? He lost, butnot nearly as bad as the LAPD poLICE. Don't forget it. Thanks champ! |

Judged: 2 1 1 He only killed pigs, or their family members. There were no innocent people killed, you fool. They beat, threaten and kill civilians each & every year. Those are OUR loved ones, so theirs are every bit as much fair game! But feel free to show more ignorance. It's obvious you are clueless. |
