Lame. But no worries.

Gave me another reason to respond and say, WAY TO GO, CHRIS!!!

Someone else will pick up where you left off! Heck, only one week after they killed him, two pigs in Santa Cruz were whacked! It was beautiful.

Ah, lame momma insults. Why am I not surprised, coming from someone stupid enough to think cops are the good guys. LOL!!

Once again...the best pig is a dead pig. Thanks for giving me an excuse to post this link to one of the nicest pictures ever taken.

Nope. The stupid ones are the ones who don't realize cops in So Cal are nothing but gangbangers with a badge.

Take the cops away from firearms and cars. Too dangerous or public safety. When/if cops needed assistance, they should be able to call the nearest citizen for help.

Police have PROVEN themselves not a safe option to have neither cars nor guns!!

Aragon served his country as a Marine, he joined the LAPD, and put criminals in jail. He never questioned why people called, he only gave the best service he could. His loss is a tragedy and something we can all learn from. Ken is dead, his family is suffering and the LAPD is less of a department without him. Don't blast him, instead thank him for serving all those years, and lets hope that others learn from this and will not make the same mistake. Ken was a buddy of mine.
"never questioned why people called"........

THAT"S SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD THING??

"something we all can learn from"....

IF YOU NEED TO LEARN THAT DRIVING DRUNK IS NOT A GOOD THING TO DO, YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO DRIVE TO BEGIN WITH.

"Don't blast hiM"....

ON A PERSONAL LEVEL YOU MAY LIKE HIM, BUT FACTS ARE SIMPLE. IF ANYONE ELSE HAD DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND SURVIVED HE WOULD HAVE BEEN TORMENTED IN JAIL THE RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT ALONE IN A CITY AS BIG AS LA IS DISGUSTING. LIKEWISE, BLAMING THE BARTENDER IS ROTTEN.

As a human being opposed to capital punishment or death of anyone I am sorry for his death, but LA overall probably benefited from it. The likelihood of this being his first time is small and the likelihood of it being his last time (had he not died) is likewise small. He may have hit and killed an innocent person next time he had done this. If it took his life to avoid that, at least public safety may have benefited. Otherwise, I cannot have sympathy with a dead drunk driving cop.

I have nothing but the highest regard for the men and women in uniform that put their lives on the line to protect me and mine. This is tragic, no matter what side you are on. Tragic that a family is without him, a department is without him and then we have a thread of people who just want to bash him. He made a mistake in judgement, we have all done it. He was at a bar with the people he works with and probably took one more shot than he should have because one of the boys in blue picked up the tab. He then, like many, many people do, thought he was fine to ride and he was wrong.
You fine folks are going to tell me that 20 years of good can be squashed by a momentary lapse in judgement? His life maybe yes, but the thousands of you he helped along the way....never.
Don't you sit on that pedestal and pontificate here!! Are you a cop?! Sounds like it.. You are trying to sit on the high horse and be condescending again. Tough without the badge or the baton?

No, THIS GUY SERVED FOR 20 YEARS AS A COP AND KNEW WHAT HE DID!! Also, if he was totally clueless, it indicates that he had a serious problem with ETOH and what is the chance of him having killed or hurt someone while impaired during duty? I'm not only talking about driving here. Clearly that is illegal, but you (being a police officer) know very well, that impairment in active duty is not allowed. I see a systemic cover-up over longer time and would like to see if someone could figure out hit and run accidents in the areas he had been driving over the years. My guesstimate is that it is more likely than not, something that needs to be looked more into as they trace his path.

Finally, this is NOT a "momentarily lapse of judgement". He has had basic police training. He KNOWS about decision making, time and planning. I think it was probably good that he killed himself NOW and not later, risking others dead as well. Clearly he doesn't deserve any honorable funeral.

I think an emergency moratorium needs to be done towards LA cops driving cars until their driving skills, sobriety (drug testing) and attitudes are verified. Thugs, drunks, cheats, liars and corrupt parasites have infested the police force, which wasn't exactly composed of the creme of the crop to begin with.

Condolences to the family, they have to live in the shadow of his mistake forever. And that's what is this, a mistake mixed with bad judgement and irresponsibly. But thats a human for you! All you super perfect posters, dont sit here and act like you never screwed up. Thankfully no one else was hurt and too bad no one was there to stop him, give him a ride, call a cab anything but let him go. But again, it's one's own responsibility.
BULL!!!

Most of us are honest and stand up that just want to leave others alone. We don't moralize upon others, but merely want equality under the law. We KNOW this would all have been covered up if it were to happen without media. We KNOW this pigs family will get tax payer pension over his death and nothing has changed. We KNOW most cops are exactly what you are talking about:-> unwilling to disregard ANY transgressions no matter how small. Then you (another cop??) have the dare to insinuate we are "super perfect posters"?? No, you are DEAD WRONG!! We are sick and tired of police acting one way and treating their peasant another. Do you have ANY idea how many people get genuinely HAPPY when we hear things like this happen? Why? BEcause we know this is the only thing that MAY get the Evil, Corrupt and wicked institution of police to start owing up to all the crap they throw at us every day.
