What this writer fails to realize is that the CEOs, he mentions, actually turn profits for their companies. Public employees cost taxpayers money and their unions protect them from working hard. As a taxpayer I am glad this cap has arrived to teach these school districts how to be fiscally responsible. This writer is an idiot that does not know the difference between then and than ( final paragraph).
