why not let him loose to the general jail population?

Child molesters, child killers, and wife killers usually are handed justice by their peers behind jail walls.

I understand jails house the accused and prisons house the convicted, but please in this case spare us, and let the crud of society deal with him and save us taxpayers money (and Leah's family) the pain and cost of a trial.

It's funny. Just about every time I see a loud car on the road (i.e. a Yellow Mustang) or someone obsessively washing their loud car at regular intervals it is almost always a d-bag behind the wheel or manning the hose.

Apologies to the few decent people who possess these traints. I generally can't stand people who are "into" their cars. I just never thought they could be this dangerous.

Locked up in a small room with TV and hamburgers and hot dogs?

Sounds like me, except I gotta work 50 hours a week to pay for the room and the TV -- and for HIS room and TV...

Give him death TOMORROW.

I hear there can be trouble ahead...no lawyer present when he wrote out his confession..and no video...

I'm confident though..he will stay in jail and have decades think about his last fling in Atl. City.

Lots of sodium in hot dogs (very bad for blood pressure) and lots of sugar in juice..very bad - perhaps diabetes along the way.
Keep the sodium and sugar comin'!

You really have to wonder how some girls are attracted to dirtbags - surely he didn't become a dirtbag overnight.

Why does he get 3 hots & a cot & we all have to continue working 40 hour weeks, cleaning our homes, mowing our lawns, etc. He gets to keep his feet up and kick back with all expenses paid. Somethings VERY wrong with this picture--EXECUTE this animal so we don't have to support this trash. My sincere condolenses to Leah's family.

what I dont get is why they had to use her fingerprints to id her? If you watch the interview with the lead detective, he is visibly upset and says that they id'd her by fingerprints..did he mess up her face or decapitate her? he body would not decompose in the cold air in 24 hrs..

the bum is eating better then some children right now....boo hoo...I hope they do not bury Leah with His last name...guess the his attorney had to say the "confession was coerced", but we all know he did it...that phony scene on TV..what shame he has caused his family...RIP Leah, and to Leah's family, stay strong for Leah...God Bless you all....for what this man has done to Leah and two families...forgive me....but I pray the trail will be quick and he spends the rest of his life in jail...

The guy gave himself up with his pathetic ridiculous story...it was obvious to everyone the sec he said she text him and then never called when she broke down..yeah right buddy...and then the worst acting ever with that interview...if I was his neighbor at that interview I would have laughed in his face and told him he was obviously guilty.
I do not, however, think that rapes happen much in state prison anymore...There is much too much political correctness and people involved the state would be getting sued every day.. Also, there are lots of legit gay guys to satisfy the inmates...this is too bad because this guy deserves the worst. He will be subjected to the constant odor of inmates waste and washing possibly other inmates underwear...doesn't sound like a good life for this killer.

Bless the family of the poor girl.

I agree with the guy from Boca. I know a guy who did 5 years in Folsom and he said one of the worst parts of Prison is the smell. He said remember the way the Boys Locker Room smelled on the hottest day in the summer. Picture that 24 hours a day. Also imagine trying to sleep on the bottom bunk and having a 300 lb. black guy above you farting out the hot dogs and beans he ate 6 hours before...I personally would assault one of the prison guards in hopes he would kill me...

My Uncle once told me that before you ever kill someone you should get $1,000 together...even if you have to steal it...then get a one way ticket to Hawaii...when you get off the plane take a cab to K-Mart and buy a tent and some camping supplies...then take the cab to the end of the H-1 Highway...when you get there pitch the tent...then kick back and drink some booze...eat some peanuts...and live the rest of you life like any other homeless guy...But be a free man while you doing it...seems alot better than spending the rest of your life locked up with every criminal in prison...

She was killed Sunday morning and they found her on Wednesday, in the woods where woodland creatures live. Then there was all that rain, and it was cool enough for a sweater, but not cold enough to preserve a human. That's enough to do some real damage on top of what may have been done to her to kill her.

Jail is too good for that scumbag..Its not a punishment at all.. He gets tv internet library food..ect they should do to him what he did to his poor wife..The sickest part of this was he killed his poor defenseless wife..... left her in their house.. and went about his business...did his laundry and got fast food??? How could you eat knowing you just killed you're wife and left her laying dead in your house?? Sick bastard.. i hope he rots in hell..I knew it was bullshit from the moment i saw his plea on tv.. He did not shed a single tear..and he mostly kept his head down..RIP Leah.. my thoughts are with her family and his family too.. i feel bad for his parents that their son turned out to be a monster.
