The truck driver was given a breathalizer test and a drug test. No one has mentioned if he was on a cellphone or using a computer, things not unknown among truck drivers. Any one out there aware if this is being investigated?

No, the driver was not on a computer or cell phone. The detectives have taken these items to check them for last usage of these.

He needs to lose his license - driving 40 Tons like a nut because he didn't want to wait for a light.
