This woman Kim from Valley Grove is a crazy drunk lady who over steps her boundararies, she has entireley to much time on her hands and she trys to play god.
I can understand her complaints about houses and properties that are in deplorable conditions, but when you acutally drive around door to door telling people how they should live and how there place should look, and worst of all start stealing peoples pets and leaving notes on there doors, it's time for someone to put her in her place! I have never met such a crude, crazy, ignorant, nibby person in all my life. If she doesn't like the way Valley Grove looks she should move back to Flordia or live in the city ! I also know that she was on the Valley Grove counsel and she got kicked out, and she has also STOLD other peoples pets right off there leash as she did to us. This woman needs a dose of her own medicine and a reality check. Back off Kim, leave people alone, get a life! You can't change the world, you can't change how people choose to live there lives, or maintain there properties.. You would be a much happier person if you just lived your own life and stop being a hypocrite! You are evil!!!!!One of these days you are going to get caught trespassing and Stealing. Why don't you try helping people instead of being so mean and judgemental?
