The novelty is gone lets vote with our brains this time. We tried it, it didn't work so lets go back to basics. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover, nor should you elect a President by their color.

This is because you demand simple, quick answers.

You need to check recent polls, Carol. Especially in key battleground states. Even Rassmussen has Obama in the lead. Should be a slam dunk, but instead Romney just keeps going down. Face it, Americans just don't care for the boob you nominated. Kind of like the boob in 2008. It's interesting that yhe 2008 GOP rock star from 2008 wasn't even allowed at this year's convention, and that the last GOP President eas never mentioned. There just aren't enough old white geezers to get Romney in office.
All polls still show the majority think we are on the wrong track.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other...

Several pollsters are also being scrutinized for polling heavier towards Democrats.

But the "wrong track" numbers are pretty significant.

I'm not really looking to talk to people who are voting for Mitt or Obama thought those voting for the latter are at least fun to talk to. You Mitt people are just narrow, angry little people who want the government to fix everything for you.

Clinton says Obama will have a hard time securing the youth vote.

WASHINGTON (AP)— Because of the poor economy, President Obama could have a hard time securing the youth vote that helped carry him to victory four years ago, former President Bill Clinton said yesterday.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/201...

Of course, Clinton is still Obama's "Secretary for Explain' Stuff".

Mitt Romney and his running mate Paul Ryan follow a certain tax cut ideology which cuts marginal tax rates for the rich and super rich ("job creators"/investors) in order to address joblessness in the middle class. Some call it "trickle down" economics, because it trickles down through increased investments by firms in human capital (job creating).

I sincerely want to know from Republicans why your guys are promoting this ideology again when it has been proven ineffective (indeed, harmful) through plenty of research?

When Bush was going to pass the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts, his administration insisted that the cuts would lead to record growth and would thus pay for themselves... they lead to a record deficit, a decrease in tax revenue, and historic inequality between the upper 20% and bottom 80%. By the way, why the hell did they cut taxes while starting a war, they're supposed to be fiscal conservatives, deficit hawks???

Here are some resources which support my reasoning:

Harry Reid now attacking Romney on their shared faith.

Washington (CNN)- The nation's highest ranking Mormon in elected office said Monday that Republican presidential candidate is “not the face of Mormonism.”

http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2012/09/25/reid...

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, said it best.

“Harry Reid seems to be making this way too personal and consequently throwing the religion under the bus for his own personal gain. That’s not where anyone should be going with this. He’s taking this two steps too far.”

There's no level too low apparently.

Hmmm, that also reflects the general disdain for our government's ability to do anything right. That Romney or Obama is the guy that's going to get it on the right track isn't reflected in the election polls and Congressional approval is clearly taking its toll.

Congressional approval -13.8%

This has just got to be for flack (and the rest of you Teanderthals): "Gallup Poll: Rural Whites Prefer Ahmadinejad To Obama
CHARLESTON, WV—According to the results of a Gallup poll released Monday, the overwhelming majority of rural white Americans said they would rather vote for Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad than U.S. president Barack Obama.“I like him better,” said West Virginia resident Dale Swiderski, who, along with 77 percent of rural Caucasian voters, confirmed he would much rather go to a baseball game or have a beer with Ahmadinejad, a man who has repeatedly denied the Holocaust and has had numerous political prisoners executed, than spend time with Obama.“He takes national defense seriously, and he’d never let some gay protesters tell him how to run his country like Obama does.” According to the same Gallup poll, 60 percent of rural whites said they at least respected that Ahmadinejad doesn’t try to hide the fact that he’s Muslim.

Would you be assuming that “right track” be synonymous with “pro-Obama” and that “wrong track” be synonymous with “pro-Romney?” Don’t neglect the possibility that “track” statistics may depend on level of satisfaction with Congress, among other factors.I, for one, believe our government is on the wrong track due to a breakdown in the system of negotiating compromise in Congress as a result of the Teanderthals’ refusal to negotiate and stubborn commitment to blocking everything that the President works to accomplish.

It gives one a headache trying to fathom Harry Reid using the same religion as Mitt Romney to pray to and praise the same God. It just doesn't - can't - work. You don't lie profusely in the name of God to make a better world, Harry. It doesn't work that way.

Somebody please tell him he's been listening to Satan and King Obama. I'm repeating myself......

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Libra

Look after yourself today, dear Libra, because you don't have as much energy and self-confidence as usual. In fact, your spirits may be trailing around your ankles, making you feel wretched and listless. A pessimistic mood certainly won't help you cheer up, and you may be feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities or other people's problems. The fact is that you've got things out of proportion, but you'll feel better about them soon.
