This is just the beginning of the requests to "bend" the rules for them.

Don't grant it. It makes for difficulties parking. Property damage to other cars by those who can't park in tight spots. Also, make sure the width of the egress lanes are wide enough by Society of Landscape Architects and also AIA standards for parking lots and parking structures.

Yes, if you grant one, then the flood of others will come and you will have a development that looks nothing like the original.

Just ask the city about Posh's high rise condos that have turned into a monolith of a cookie cutter suburban express motel.

Oh yes...let the games begin!
This is just the start...
Can't wait!

Fast Eddie and his get rich scheme,,,,casino's.

Well...MY ex-wife gambled over 250k...in local firehouses.

Took me over 10 yeares to get a Lehigh County divorce.
This is continued great income for corrupt judges/lawyers.

The good news...I defaultewd on over 300k...and the idiots of Lehigh County and PA had to absorb it.
No banlrupcies...just pay your corrupt lawyer.
Wow...this is just the start.

I predict....divorce way up....bankrupcied way up...great deals on houses!
Thanks Ed...every lawyer loves it.
Great business for Lehigh County Domestic terrorists.

I lost over a total of 500k...before the bleeding could stop.
It would have been more....but Judge P{latt and Mary Eidelman supported check kiting, insurance fraud and credit card cash advances.

For you beginning gamblers....dont rob a WaWa...use the judge and Lehigh County DA endorsed approach.
Just get cash advances....keep them under 5k each.
You hit the PA jackpot.
Ya don't even have to pay them back.
Ask any lawyer!

So...if your wife goes off the trolley gamblin...just pay your corrupt lawyer ,remember the county system will take 10 years (unless you are a crook). The judges support kiting, get lots of credit cards (pay wero_...just keep them under 5K...no payments needed, forgery is really supported in Lehigh county...don't forget that.
And last but not least ...pur-jury!
We love that in PA!

That's just by the atty's.They love material false statements.Bigger the better. It keeps the billables up.
Nothing better than running into Motion's court daily in March...to check on your bracket sheets.

I have 93 legal boxes...of criminal behavior..from gambling.

So...get your free cash advances...and you are a winner even before the first pull!

Thanks Gov Eddie...the demise of the family unit.
Thanks to Lehigh County...the headquarters of natuional domestic terrorism!

WE ARE CRIME PROUD!
This add is endorsed and supported by Lehigh Couinty and PA!

The request to bend the rules started before the slots bill was passed. Mega campaign contributions by gambling, inc.

Instead of gambling, just give the money to me. I could use it.

Imagine an 80 year old trying to park his behemoth Cadillac Escalade or Buick Roadmaster in a smaller then normal parking spot.
He'll probably scrape up the sides of two cars and not even notice it because he's too anxious to go in and spend his Social Security check on the slots.
And then he'll back into another car or two on the way out when he leaves two hours later with empty pockets.

As the article said, it's been done elsewhere in the city, so no precedent is being established for the casino. The individual space width remains the same, nine feet. It's the length that'll lose one foot, from nineteen to eighteen. That shouldn't matter much at all.

Unless you drive a Chevy Silverado or similar large truck that you'd need 2 spaces lengthwise just to park safely.

By the time the Sands is through with "gamers", they'll all be driving used Smart Cars anyway, they'll fit in a space a third that length...

It is amusing to see the rules constantly being bent and changed to accommodate the Sands Empire. Local yokel politicians (say naaah...) don't stand a chance when the promise of ripe money is dangled in front of them. It's their "meal ticket" to being reelected...and all of those jobs...! At great hourly rates!

When do the tabless arrive and the new blackjack decks!

The casino should have went to Allentown and the Baseball team to Bethlehem.

The perfect fit.
