Emily was the money on Jerry's side. Emily leave the deal....no deal. Mike Griffitt's interview the Charlotte Observer "You've been there this long," Griffit said he told her. "You might as well stick it out and get as much as you can out of it." If it was that bad with Jerry and you were the money behind the deal why stay for a bigger settlement?

I for sure dont believe this and really dont think you do either. This is the only circumstance which any of us have a right to go this far to protect ourselves. So why not talk about facts that do pertain to this terible instance? The conviction of her killer is the only thing left that there is room for discussion.

[bold]can damm sure count money. LOL Ain't that the truth!
I know you are speaking the truth about some people being unwilling to work -- I know more than a couple who would NEVER want to get up before the sun, would never wash the teat of a cow or sit on a cold stool and smell the "nature" of a barn.
No, they want jobs -- but they have to be dry, warm and fed at all times. They want offices and phones and Internet connections.
I am not happy feeling like a minority when I go to town. I admit I would feel better if we had less Spanish speaking people out there -- makes me feel uncomfortable in my own neighborhood. But i also believe they are all just people like us trying to make a living -- and they aren't taking many jobs away from HARDWORKING whites. and what may i ask is your occupation???

What about other people involved in her murder?

have you ever had to sit on the jury in a case like this? I have. No I haven't, but I know defense attorneys attempt to put the victim on trial. If the DA is sharp and quick enough they can prevent a lot of this. Also this thread is all speculation and no reason for us to put Emily or any other victim on trial here, as I wrote before her history is no reason for someone to shoot her.

No one is trying to put the victim on trial or say there is justification for the murder. I can understand an interest in the forum if you knew Emily. Alot of people are victims here on one level or another, the purpose is to discuss POSSIBILITIES about the murder of Emily. If justice for Emily is the purpose then whatever comes out would be to serve true justice

That's an honest expression from a concerned person who feels a very real threat as a result of the deliberate invasion of her land by illegal aliens. Who is hiring those aliens? Who doesn't enforce our immigration laws in your state and your community? Who leaves our borders unsecured? Who doesn't report responsibly about this invasion with the same alarm you feel? Which tax-exempt religious entities are openly aiding and abetting the invaders with impunity? Does the opposition party -- the Democrats -- encourage the invasion because they see the invaders as potential voters in their "minority block" against the so-called "White Man's" Republican Party which covets the invaders' cheap labor? Who opposes the dispossession of our homeland except the thick-necked "racists," those hate-filled "xenophobes" we hear about daily in the controlled media? If you feel like an uncomfortable minority in your formally White community now, just stick around for twenty more years when the funny-talking, funny-looking strangers will have outbred and will outvote you and yours for their own interests. Keep your eyes averted, swallow your bile, keep your "racist" mouth shut and keep allowing the massive invasion to go unchecked, and you can be sure that your grandchildren will curse you in your grave.

I too have heard that the gun was found buried in a dairy cow. I know this will not be confirmed for some time since all records are closed but it sounds plausible.
Also, no one has been brought in to run this farm. I have been watching (and following for curiosity sake) livestock trucks turn down Sawmills School Rd all weekend and the cows are disappearing. That place is covered with people most of the time (no idea who) both local and out of town.(alabama and new york). Also, my husbands best friend (not mexican) used to work for Jerry...there are definitly people in need of jobs who are willing to do farm work for a living.

I've read and reread everthing i can find on the case, the question i have is the truck was clean, the way it sounds is it had been washed, there is no mention of any contents of any sort, did Emily carry a purse as a daily thing, if she did why have there been no mention of finding it or it missing

With all the stuff thats been taken from the farm--cows, equipment, etc., wouldn't it just be awful if Jerry isn't guilty--not only has he lost his wife, but his whole life is gone. How could people legally take everythin away when he hasn;t been proven guilty yet? I thought you had to get legal papers thru the court to reposess anything.

It would be ashame! I'm not sure though that its being reposessed. Possibly some of it is being sold to pay for his defense. I never heard for sure what the decision was re:a public defender. If that was denied, he needs a ton of cash quick. What I know is that trucks are taking away the cows. The last time I went by there on Saturday there were still several John Deere tractors (the big ones) out front. Since its not likely that they are all paid for though and the cows are gone and he will be held without bond for @ 2 years including trial time, I think its safe to say they will be repoed. I don't know if she carried a purse or not, I do know many women who do not so its possible that it wasn't a factor. downwind wrote: I've read and reread everthing i can find on the case, the question i have is the truck was clean, the way it sounds is it had been washed, there is no mention of any contents of any sort, did Emily carry a purse as a daily thing, if she did why have there been no mention of finding it or it missing

It is everywhere now, the NWO is on the move, and there plans will soon come to frution. However the only thing standing in there way is US, the American public. But most today are apathetic in nature, and say "all will be ok in the end", "everything will work out". This simply isnt so, for something in concept only has to be deliverd into reality by someone, it will not happen on its own. It is time then to start talking solutions to 'ALL' the problems that we find ourselfs in, for our time is running out, a time for solutions. We need to form together, then acerting 'action' into the realms of government again, and take control back away from the rulers in the shadows, this being done by movements in all states. The details will come together in time, we just need to start moving forward, instead of others shaping our future destinies. Which pill will we take? http://rea1001.blogspot.com
