Stratford housing panelist dogged by residency questions
A complaint filed with the State Elections Enforcement Commission charges that a former member of Stratford's Housing Authority was living out of town while serving on the panel. The complaint charges that Thomas J. Malloy - who says he resigned from the commission two weeks ago - was a resident of Woodbury from 2014 until recently.

They are my landlord. Sent Malloy to jail for life. Shame on him.
