We need to be emancipated like Ohio and be able to vote on teacher contracts.

We should be able to vote on teacher contracts like other states including Ohio. The teacher unions control the state legislature. They give campaign money to politicians on both sides of the aisle.

The mafia wishes they had the power of the teacher unions in PA. Most of the school board members have ties to incumbent teachers and administration, or have been hand picked and supported by the local union.

Given the economic depression
that we find ourselves in there should be a moratorium on teacher salary increases for 3 years, including step increases.

Even Obama is requesting a pay freeze for federal workers. The only way to curb teacher greed is to give taxpayers the right to vote in teacher contracts. Call your state legislators and tell them we want the right to vote on teacher contracts.
