Steddoms Free Bowling

Does anyone else think a judge candidate like Julie Steddom shouldnt be trying to get votes by giving away free bowling and food and drinks, etc at the kickoff for her judges race? It makes me think of Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago where they give free stuff to get people to vote. But especially a judge. They are supposed to do everything with integrity and she never paid for everyone to bowl in years past and not until now right before her election.

Are you implying that Julie Steddom is doing something wrong, whereas Danny Bubp (possessing the morals of an alley cat, in my opinion) is as pure as Snow White? Every time any candidate throws a dinner, etc., it comes out of their pocket or campaign funds.
Check out Danny Bubp's history. Look up his divorce (maybe even more than one by now) where he got the case file sealed (I believe); him holding two official positions (State Rep and Ripley Muni-Court Magistrate) at the same time in violation of the Ohio Constitution, but had his Republican buddies on the Ohio Supreme Court allow it; his recently alleged tryst with a police officer's wife in Georgetown; his connections to the hospital sale where those in control of the sale to Paul Tuft followed through so that even the federal government and state government would be cheated out of tax monies as facilitated by Jessica Little, one of Danny Bubp's past law firm associates and close confidants in Adams and Brown County.
Bubp is a professional politician who got where he is today by finagling many systems, in particular the Marine Corps, as a true "plastic" figurine in real life who is afraid of his own shadow. A insignificant little guy with an ego larger than the Dubai tower. All show, no substance. Definitely not judge material, especially for juveniles and troubled families. Juvenile court judge is best suited with a female judge. Then again, Danny may be wearing panties underneath his macho male clothing and haircut.

I will not say anything negative about the other guy, but I have heard quite a bit. I will, however, say good things about Julie Steddom. She hosted a campaign kick off that was all about the children in our county. And who came to show their support? Families, with their children. Julie Steddom is not a politician. She is a real practicing attorney who has represented the State of Ohio, the Brown County Children's Services Agency, mothers, fathers, grandparents, and the children themselves, all who pass through the court. She knows the issues because she has been doing it for the past ten years. I could not think of a better more knowledgeable candidate than Julie Steddom and I know that the people of Brown County understand. She will win the election in November.

I will (relay negatives) when they are the truth.
Bubp DID tell Jean Schmidt that phrase she spoke on the House Floor aimed at John Murtha, "Real Marines don't cut and run." Schmidt took a lot of heat for that statement, but it was Bubp (the Marine) who told that to her. That spineless liar, Danny (the artificial Marine) Bubp, denied telling that to Schmidt. Trivial? No way in my opinion of someone running for a judgeship.
Lying over something as trivial as that, my friend, is a true indicator of the lack of integrity and honest character of Danny Bubp. If he will lie about something like that, how can he really be trusted to tell the truth when it comes to something really important in a family's life.
He's a LIAR! He knows it. When you see him, ask him to his face about this and see if he tells the truth, or if his face turns bright flush red. He's just another useless, lying POS politician.
I would agree with you that what we need more of in public office is NOT career politicians, but individuals who genuinely care about serving the public for the good of society. We don't need a little boy with a self-cultivated over-inflated ego, trying to be man he will never be, like Bubp.

I plan on posting steddom's faxed GAL report on every pole, cork board I can find so when she spews out her devotion and genuine concern for children, everyone knows exactly what her work is comprised of. Hey, she shouldn't be ashamed if she thought the context of her own document would or will boost public confidence, right? She's crying around about it being her 'right' to run for anything, it's also a parents right to inquire and cross examine a non expert 'opinion' but when she is absent for the hearing, she has violated a child, a parent and family. What about their rights? Any written instrument not able to be authenticated by the original author is hearsay yet she feels entitled to collect that money knowing she didn't even appear. She didn't mind collecting the $500 fee though. Judge material? Sue me Steddom if you get butt hurt, but God forbid anyone threaten your rights!? I wouldn't want my child's life left up to that standard.
