The coroner faced 2 lawyers, 2 defendants, and 2300 petitioners all by herself and she prevailed. It is a good day indeed for Brown County! For once, justice has been served! It doesn't happen often here. It is amazing what can happen when you bring someone from outside of the county who is impartial and learned to preside over hearings.

Yes this is a Great Day for Brown County. I am very proud and impressed with the way she handled the situation!!!!!!!!! I hope things continue to go well for her. I am truly beginning to see the light of truthfulness and integrity. Before I was blinded by lies and false statements, and to be honest some of my own mental stupidity and dillusional thoughts. I can't wait for justice to prevail and the great coroner of our wonderful county to be vindicated!!!!!!!!!!

Most unfortunately the hearing will be heard by a local Brown County Judge. I am very doubtful he will see things the same way. I totally expect some Good Ol " Home Cookin " to be applied under his control. Where today seemed a small victory, the battle isn't over and may not be even after the next trial. That finding might even open the door to many many more hearings of various legal issues that will need be heard by a venue outside of Brown County. Its too soon to start singing " Oh Happy Day", but perhaps soon.

According to the clerk's website, this judge is to do the May hearing also.

Aw this is just a pre conspiracy set up for the big conspiracy to come in May. Me and Judy are gonna get the screws by the corrupt local state and federal government. This thing runs all the way up to Eric holder. He's involved in it. Damn that Dwayne for having the entire country in his pocket.

Thought I had read that Gusweiler had it ? Seems there is a lot going on around the legal circles and " circus " in Brown County Ohio.. is the AG's office giving some direction or being more involved ? Why is BCI waiting to release any information ?

and... did anyone see Jiffe Jaffe at the courthouse or hear a report from him after the hearing on the motion the other day ? I must have missed it ?

On the clerk's office site, it says STG on the case information but if you go into the docket you will see a letter assigning Kessler to the entire case and specifically saying he will preside over the May 14 hearing. It's a county office so you have to dig for what is actually happening.

Everyone is wondering what BCI is doing. Perhaps state agencies are no more competent than our county offices.

Of course, Jiffe Jaffe didn't show up. If he can't slam the coroner he won't be here. Another mystery to this case. Why wouldn't they send a real reporter out here? Perhaps they are like our local papers and have no real reporters.

BTW, channel 19 is doing an story on the sheriff Monday night at 10 pm. I saw an ad for it. It should be interesting.

I am curious, could the coroner have asked for a change in venue for the hearing ?

Someone with a law degree might be able to answer. I would think so but it wouldn't necessarily be granted.

Also, Channel 19's investigation Monday night is about the problems between the corner. The ad was a little misleading I think. At the end of the news report last night about the suspension hearing they were a little more clear.

That should read between the coroner and the SO. Sorry for my bad typing!

I am not sure it will say any more of what is already known but I will still be interested in listening. It may just be a more objective report as opposed to the prejudicial one, Local 12 and Jiffe Jaffe offers. If so, it will be refreshing to hear.

I have lost all interest and or respect for Local 12 as a direct result of Jiffe Jaffer's reporting style on this horrible problem in Brown County. One would think the better story from them would have been covered in their concern for the families and the community in Brown County, NOT Jiffey Jaffes " very personal " agenda. He is as Pathetic in his reporting as the Brown County Law Enforcement Leadership is !!

I hope one day, the people of Brown County Ohio elect people in public positions that truly care about their quality of life and death ! RESPECT would be a great start !

The officials don't care about the people of Brown County or even the law, they only care about the POWER they have over the peons of Brown County. That is why they don't want the coroner in office(they can't do what they used to do when the old coroner was there or even his investigator "Buddy"). They would not go the all of the deaths.

Jaffe is not a reporter, and 12 news is loosing a lot of viewers because of him.

You people are just now refusing to watch msm? You must be stuffed full of welfare money and unable to wake up. Now that this matter has your attention, check out what's happening to your country!

Obviously your not awake yourself; good citizenship starts at home in our own respective communities ! The focus is right here where it belongs right now. Why do you fear that ?

Well you keep your eye on this comedic at best circus, I'll keep my mags loaded and sights trained on something that's actually important. Hope we don't have any endangered turtles around here, or anyone who's not al sharpton that "owes" the irs! Sorry but a hick town sheriff and a vagina doctors fued doesn't come close to the erosion of our constitution, corruption of politicians, lack of respect to our veterans, or a federal le community that's starting to look like the Gestapo. But hey, you focus on that. The quicker the dumb ones are hearded into FEMA camps, the more supplies I'll find! But plenty of twinkies! I really like those ;)

I assume you don't know how to spell gynecologist or obstetrician.

I also assume you don't know the coroner left the U. S. Air Force as a colonel or are you concerned only with respecting some veterans?

There is corruption of politicians are here in Georgetown. The Sheriff is not legal, the judges lie and screw the people out of their money and they don't follow their own laws. The Gestapo tactics are all ready here if you can remember back six months there was a murder in the jail.

Now you say the feud doesn't come close to the erosion of our constitution. Let me ask you this: have you read the Constitution? Have you signed an oath to support the Constitution? If not, the constitution is not for you. The Constitution (We The People) is for the people who are Federal employees or those who live in D.C. or on the territories they own. It says nothing about you. You have been fooled by the United States Government like everyone else has for 226 years.

There has never been a legal President of the United States. Article ll Section 1 Number 5 states: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." The United States is Washington D.C. and no President has lived there for fourteen years.

So lets start with the corruption and crooks we have here and get them out of office, then move on from there.

Interesting direction you have attempted to lead this all away from the " real " issues facing Brown County directly. Please take your " twinkies " to include Jiffe Jaffe and watch out for those trains coming to Brown County to haul off the people to the " camps "...... The rest of us will focus on what we perceive as the only " real issue " that deserves all the attention it is getting and more !
The only thing we agree on is, Brown County does have a " Hick Sheriff" that needs replaced immediately !

" DISRESPECT " is the Root of ALL evil ! Most unfortunately , Respect is what the Brown County Commissioners, Prosecutor, and Sheriff and his Cronies all fall very short in possessing for the people of Brown County. Equally, a local attorney representing her client is not showing much respect for them either. Its more important for her to take advantage of their vulnerability and go out on a personal / political crusade than help them heal and grieve their loss. How Disrespectful !
