Unlike some people who hurry, for example a coroner who tossed a deceased person in the back of her pickup like a bag of concrete, they are from what I read taking time to make sure everything is perfect.

Taking their time ? Who are you kidding ? The attorney jumped into her political action plan before the deceased was even buried. How much time did she take to investigate all of the facts prior to jumping in to her wonder woman suit and hitting the streets to gather signatures ? Your description of how the deceased was transported certainly doesn't reflect all of the facts either. Being subjective and ignorant is what is holding any possible credibility you might have from existing. Your audience is very limited and losing ground I suspect. Perfection will come one day indeed, doubtful it will be in the order you are hoping for.

So your saying she didn't transport a deceased human being in the back of her pickup truck? Did she not load another up on a tow truck? Has she also not made several incorrect rulings as to manner/cause of death?

Unlike some people who have heads filled with concrete (for example: No one cares), what mode of suicide will these individuals choose to use when the “perfect” truth surfaces from this totally false information campaign of defamation against the coroner and her husband in an effort to hide the homicide in the jail?

Some people (for example: Me) think that:

1.) Those who created, circulated, and signed the petition are going to be looking for the nearest rock to hide under, wishing they had never seen the petition, much less signed it; a public record filed in the court for all to eventually see who did sign it.
2.) The Federal lawsuit against the coroner and her husband will be dismissed by the Federal Court for having no cause of action stated.
3.) There will be a lot of weeping and gnashing of teeth afterwards as flashback follows in a much needed and hoped for rejuvenation action taken to finally set the record straight “where it hurts the most.”
4.) There will be multiple arrests and prosecutions made of all those individuals involved in the cover-up of the inmate’s death in the jail, ending in long-term prison sentences for all those involved.

And, you can take that to the bank! No, my mistake. Correction: I think it will be the coroner and her husband that will be taking IT all to the bank.

Read what I wrote in its entirety, not just what you wanted to read. What were the facts about why the deceased was transported in this manner ? Equally with the tow truck case.

Please tell me who it was from the Sheriff's Department that performed such a public service with regard to those events ?

How would you have handled the situation if you were the coroner and didn't have any cooperation from those who are paid to assist ?

How would you have transported the deceased if you had NO other means ? Would you find it " respectful " to just leave the deceased behind for others to deal with ? What others would be responsible for that ? We know the answer to that already, don't we ? The coroner was responsible and did what she had to do under the circumstances.

No, its not a preferred method but what was the alternative ? What did the Sheriff's Office do to assist or the local life squad ? I am asking the question because all I have heard was, the Deputy left the scene as did the life squad. If the Commissioners of Brown County have not provided a means of transportation under the circumstances, as they were; your gripe is with them, not the coroner. Every County I have ever had any involvement with, has a vehicle or some plan for such circumstances; why not Brown County ?

The commissioners are the authority in Brown County to allocate funds for services etc. Why are you NOT commenting about them and or asking why the County hasn't provided any support for this need ? Surely, there have been many others who have died in Brown County for many years. What did the Sheriff or Coroner do then and how ?

I have NO problem with challenging something that is wrong, but to ONLY see it one way, especially when there are extenuating circumstances , simply shows bias thinking on your part.

You remind me of the weak minded who only speak ill of those you think you do not have to fear in life. Be a " Man " or a " Woman ", stand on your own feet and confront all of the those who are the problem !

Suffice to say, the FAILURE in ALL of the cases you have brought up, have been and are being controlled by the Sheriff, Prosecutor and Commissioners of Brown County. Regardless of what they want you to believe as to the reason they are NOT doing their jobs; they are being paid to. To receive public money after refusing to uphold ones sworn duties should be interpreted as Theft in Office in my opinion and probably many other charges.

You have previously commented about how disrespectful the coroner has been. How is it you don't find the Sheriff, Prosecutor and or Commissioners more Disrespectful ? They have the " Control ", the " Money " and Responsibility to operate the County within certain standards.

Perhaps you could start a petition with you know who and get the County Coroner some funds to provide a much needed vehicle for transport ? That would be a solution to what you have written above... That is what you are looking for, correct ? A solution and not a political pound of flesh from someone you don't personally like ?

Since you indicate with such emotion, your concern for this transport style, be a leader, step up and make a difference for your community, ok ? Let me know if I can help.

Where there is a will, there is a way ! I am quite sure there will be a " starving reporter " between now and election day and who knows, just maybe at the right time ? When all else fails ( like the so called leadership in Brown County ), Money can buy you lots of love !

I am sure they all go to bed each night saying this will all go away in time and there is nothing to worry about. That is the typical personality type of those who live in the World of Denial. I am not a betting type but if I were, I would put my money down on the bet that says, this will resurface its UGLY head again and again the closer it gets to election time !

We all have dues to pay in our lives, NOONE is exempt !

I agree we need to get rid of all of the commissioners but let's not forget it was Gray who made disparaging remarks about the coroner to the media and fanned the flames.

As I write this, it occurs to me that there is definitely a problem when people are talking about who is the worst commissioner. Get rid of them all. None of them have stepped forward to resolve our county's problems or to do their jobs competently.

" I think it will be the coroner and her husband that will be taking IT all to the bank."

The coroner seems to be the kind of person who would use the money to buy a transport vehicle and other necessary tools since she has had none to work with. I also would expect her to donate a lot of the money to training for the SO in how to do their jobs.

The local paper is more like a newsletter for the SO and the judge touting all they have done. There's not much in it anymore. It certainly would never report real news that is negative against the SO or court. That would take some backbone, competence, and ethics. None of which are present at the News Democrat.

The OLD coroner did not even show up at scenes, he called them in over the phone. He did this for my family member and I also remember another death in the jail, he was told the details over the phone by the S.O. How many deaths were reported wrongly or just not investigated? This county is a joke and all the roaches need to be flushed out of the woodwork and exposed. Smoke and mirrors. Look over here at the sh*t show while we cover up the truth. How about you post the names of the signers of the petition so I know who to call an idiot.

Oops! I actually was quoting another poster. Woodruff, Applegate, Gray. Got it! They all can go! Thanks for the correction!

You say the old coroners didn't show up at a scene ? Now there is something to benchmark off of huh ?

It certainly explains why the BCSO feels so threatened by anyone who has greater qualifications than them especially coming in from outside. Of course, if what I have read and or observed by the Deputy who publically spoke with the reporter on TV, and or the deputies who showed up at the death scenes and walked away from their responsibilities; that qualification criteria MUST have been very low !

Fear NOT the truth people, fear the PEOPLE who cannot speak it !

I am still patiently waiting for the state to conclude their investigation and see a copy of the report regarding the inmate who died while in the protective custody of the Brown County Jail. The same jail that is supposed to be controlled and managed by the Sheriff of Brown County and the Brown County Commissioners.

Furthermore, when and I repeat when, are the Brown County Commissioners, Prosecutor and Sheriff going to correct the procedures that have been flagrantly ignored or simply not applied, specific to the most recent deaths in previous months ? Even a politically correct administration would have made a public statement with a target date to correct issues for the benefit of the people they are sworn to protect and serve !

Has anyone heard an " Official " statement from the Sheriff, Prosecutor or Commissioners regarding their policy or changes being reviewed to see that no one else dies while in their custody ? or.......... is it just " No One Cares " ??

There is at least one Attorney who knows how to file petitions in Brown County and I have heard there are much sharper attorneys in the area. Hopefully there is at least one who cares enough to help do the right thing for the people ?

You highly doubt it ? Why not know for sure before commenting as if, that were a fact ? Its how you might get some credibility, if you understand what that is ? I don't know it was or wasn't a factor, soo I ask the question, NOT make an incriminating and ridiculous remark toward the Coroner like you have. You make yourself sound as intelligent as those who are running the BCSO.. Trust me on this one, its nothing I would take pride in doing, nor should you; unless of course you are part of that " Problem Pimple " in Brown County ?

I am hopeful to see that " Pimple " get squeezed so hard, there isn't any infection left in it to hurt anyone else !
