<quoted text>I thought you were capable of waxing metaphoric. I guess I was wrong. It makes me wonder how "tight" your handle is on the situation. Obvious English Literature was not a prerequisite for your insider position and I am now a tad skeptical that much, if any, post-secondary education was. You are in more of a dogmatic mode than one expect a true insider to be. Not that dogma is a bad think, buy it does tend to bias one's concept of the legalities. I'm betting you are more inside like a member of the cleaning crew would be than in the capacity of an officer of the court.
A pitcher never throws the same ball all the time, he has a change-up once in a while.
Need to keep them guessing.

Touche, maybe, but I am going to stea the Humpty Dumpty/Richard III analogy if I ever write the Great American Novel about all this. Jose Rio was a pretty good pitcher though and he rarely used the change up until they started over pitching him. Work on that analogy for awhile.

Brown County having been under an illegal Sheriff for 12 years it is about time for a CHANGE. Don't you think? He was found not guilty of knowingly filing false documents. if he didn't know they were false then how did he become legal if the qualifications were not met?

It really does not matter what the qualifications are anyway. There are obviously 2 sets of rules for those in America today. Wenninger is obviously one of those allowed to live outside of the law. There is no difference between D.W. and Barack Obama. Both have enough influence to keep the truth hidden.
Barack seals all his past records just like D.W. sealed the case file. Standards and facts mean nothing if you are part of the corrupt political machine. I would bet that most all of the Wenninger supporters are the same people who say Obama is illegitimate. Nice guy or not, emotions and opinions of people should not trump the rules. Anyone with a brain knows D.W. is not legally holding the office. I am as tired of hearing from Varnau as anyone else. I have to respect the man and know he is right. I would have given up long ago if I were him. That is the problem with most Americans today. If the battles are too tough they give up. Varnau has stood up for the truth and has been made a fool of by the courts and many people of Brown County most of whom do not even know the man. I have talked to him on many occasions. He seems to be very intelligent. I first met him at the Russelville 4th of July parade when he was running for office of Sheriff. I would be more pissed and bitter than he is if the same had been done to me. When you play by the rules spend thousands and never have your day in the same courts who took your money anyone would be pissed. I have read all the facts and followed the case since 2008. I am convinced Varnau is right. I consider DW a nice guy and I have friends who use him for excavation. If I have my driveway redone this year I will probably use him. I just see about everyone who has opinions of DW or DV are taking sides by popularity and not facts and injustice. I wish everyone would think, read, and consider the facts in a matter rather than allow emotions to cloud the facts.
As long as the corruption does not affect you directly you do not care that it exists.
Wouldn't it just be Great to see the Good Guys win for once ?

Yes, but eventually Hitler was wore down and made some mistakes, regardless of how history leaves one to believe he died; he did , and things changed dramatically.
Hope is all we have in life, especially for those who live in Brown County. Of course you always have God to look up to, I just think he has been so busy lately, he hasn't been able to help much in Brown County, but,,,,,,,,,, Keep the Faith !

Technically, because A. H. ran out of money and resources, he lost. In B. C. the first "side" to do the same will also most likely lose.

I've seen it hold true in most litigious actions, Enough money thrown into the "system" could probably get Charles Manson out on appeal. Well, maybe not him, but probably O. J.

Wow, you must be very familiar with all of this going on then. Have any more predictions ?

No, I always go with the best odds of winning and that favors the deepest pockets. I bet 6 at the pass line, not the fire bet, know what I mean?

I know just whatcha mean Vern ! Which Givernment Entity do you feel has the deeper pockets here ? Brown County, State of Ohio, or Federal Givernment ? Seems they are all involved soo it should be even more interesting to see who is more willing to spend the most, huh ? History has shown us, the Guilty typically spend the most to keep from going to jail. If that's any possible indicator.

I know Brown County and the State of Ohio have shallow pockets. The Federal Government has deep pockets but are often reluctant to dig deeply into them. If they threw more money at it, the outcomes of Roe v. Wade, The People v. Larry Flint, etc. would have been different. History gave the likes of O. J.'s Dream Team and Robert Blake's outcome re. his wife's death, etc. All government entities listen to the same radio station WIIFM (what's in it for me) before they allocate funds for these things.

For anyone interested in listening to the audio files from the meetings between the coroner and the sheriff's office where she tries to work out procedures before she takes the office, you can go to the first link below. The other two are audio files from the Communications Center between the coroner, the sheriff's office, and the prosecutor from scenes. They are interesting.

Greed is the creed of the non-government entities involved even though some have Government jobs (elected office). Minimize impact to the status quo is the creed of Government.
