Glad to see WXIX reported last night the death at the jail has gone to the AG special prosecutions dept. No other station has reported it. I wonder why? They said there will probably be more investigation before they decide if they'll take it to a grand jury because the case is so complex. what makes it so complex?

The only thing complex in this case is trying to figure out how to cover it up politically to protect those who are guilty and those who botched the investigation from the beginning. What could be so "complex" in a case where it is obvious the inmate could not and did not hang himself? Where did "complexity" enter into the investigation over nine months ago?

I hope that justice will be served, while this young man was guilty of a lot of things he did not deserve to die for his crimes.

Complex because of a coroner.

The coroner called it right. The complexity comes from the politics the SO, BCI, and the AG office want to play. The coroner just does her job. It's a shame others don't.

You are right, Libby, that it is easier for the SO when they have a coroner who doesn't do the job.

Too bad the coroner doesn't have the authority to also determine who did it. If she did, there would have been people behind bars nine months ago, and Libby wouldn't have access to a computer to post here.

I'll always have access to a computer. As for the who done it.... He already paid the price.

I am so sorry that there has been a positive outcome from such a tragic event for you yet...I had my own tragedy this week and I'm sure anyone that figures out who I am knows exactly what I am talking about. They are beyond crooked up there and BCI...well that's just a joke. I hope and pray the the people of brown county will stand up and fight for what is right. We try to get the Coroner out of office when there really should have been a petition to get Wenninger and Schadle and his son out of there. Too many cover ups are going on here...and some of us know to much and that makes our heads be put on the chopping block. Regardless of what Zachary did he didn't deserve to be murdered. If the AG would have stepped in a long time ago nothing like this would be going on if he also does his job correctly. Proper protocol would have been followed, policy changes wouldn't have been happening every week or day for that manner, and tapes wouldn't have just up and disappeared while others dating back months prior to Zachary's misfortune are still available for viewing. Just keep the faith that someone will get this resolved soon as well as the woman from Aberdeen. It may have to take the Federal Courts stepping in the get this resolved because it seems like everyone is in cahoots with everyone else. Let's just hope our AG has been corrupted by what's going on here in little olé brown county yet. Prayers to you for Zachary.

Someone also posted that I smile when im working if I don't I will lose my job I miss my son so much its the worst pain I can imagine

Libby,

With over 35 years experience of investigating, I can tell you with 100% certainty, complexity in a case ONLY exists when the performance of others is inferior or inadequate at investigating. That being of course on a " professional front "

Flip side of that being; when there is intent and willful disregard for following investigative processes and or deliberately tampering with evidence, that would be the exception.

Which do you think it was ?

Qualified and Competent Investigators do not find many, if any cases, very complex at all ! Either you have the talent for the job or you do not, its that simple.

Real Investigators have both ! Complexity is a human driven event !!

I believe it was willful disregard and bad investigative procedures from BCI. The Attorney Generals people lacked the proper knowledge to perform the job they were hired to do.

The SO Deputy/s deliberately tampered with evidence. It is going to be interesting to see what the special prosecutor is going to do.

YES, it sure is going to be, regardless of the outcome. I simply enjoy watching those who should, SQUIRM in the process ! I just hope ALL involved Go Down and NOT just a few scapegoats. To be a fly on the wall when the interviews are conducted !!

I would love even more, to sit in and be part of the investigative team. I am very objective, is there a place I can submit an application ? I wonder why the AG's office didn't consult with me, I would have done it all,,,,, I think they call it Gratis ?

I just love the facts ! If the facts are criminal, then off and running we would be to the GJ in hope of a True Bill ?
