Judge in stabbing case: 'It's only a great deal if he stays out of trouble'

A 39-year-old man charged with entering his ex-girlfriend's home last spring and stabbing her new boyfriend in the neck will not face any additional jail time, a judge ruled Thursday. via Sun-Journal

cannot believe whereas mr. knox admitted to law enforcement desire to harm another on judgment of race, he wasn't stringently prosecuted enough. as ronald reagan would say- WELL, here we go again! d.a. o'connor- if outward perpetrators of, by all accounts, hate crimes need a place i'll show them the rental down the parkway from you, okay. you need the real world experience. i relate to the obligation the court system actually has to -we the people- insofar as to provide protection from your most sloppily prosecuted defendant yet. please protect the-people, society, sad as it is needs the help. in defense of the state, perhaps all jails are full,the only viable excuse of nonprotection to the people of hate crimes i have read about. pick up the pace maine---aka-oxford county prosecutors!

maine-----build more jails & prisons so law abiding citizens are protected from this filth. then judges-and, yes mostly you, joe o'connor- may PROSECUTE to full extent of the LAWS. the oxford county d.a.'s office appears to be the bagboys of the judicial world! let us manage!!!!!
