Does anyone have any idea what's going on? There's a helicopter that's just been hovering around the UMD campus area for the past four hours..

yeah apparently the guy fled to our neighborhood (cp woods). there were like 30 or so cruisers on our street and they wouldn't let me walk out cause they had set a canine loose.
