Was out for a ride the other day behind J&S variety and saw a ton of plants. In quite a ways. Can't call it in cause I have been in trouble before. If you ride out there be careful, don't get caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was kinda between Grammer Road and that big swamp. Too bad: cool trails in there.

It's gone now. Good luck finding it. You are not even supposed to be riding in there, it's all private property. KEEP OUT!

It's only 70 plants, and it's legal if you have a card. Beat it freaks, solve a real crime.

Not Legal according to Federal Law. Not Legal according to Maine Law.

A patient may only have 6 plants, as per Maine tate Law.

A Maine Caregiver may grow for only 6 patients including themselves. A Maine Caregiver can only have "6" flowering plants per patient.
6 Patients x 6 Plants per patient = allowed 36 plants "as per Maine State Law".

Doesn't matter if it is on your land, it is still not legal and is now going to be investigated......

THANK YOU, DIRTBIKER

This blog has been reported to the York County Sheriff's Department. If you dirt bike on Grammer Road, you may be seeing the Law in the woods this week.
