First we hear that a LOST is being considered for flood relief and "property tax relief" then we hear that there is an excess of flood relief funding from FEMA and other sources. Now, we are about to start collecting a tax we don't need and don't know how to use, at a time that people are struggling to make ends meet.
It's the closest thing to insanity I have ever seen.
