Im looking for my daughters father, Russell Carter, 5'6 180lbs, blue eyes, 30yrs old, he is not a perm. resident there, he is there to only visit his wife, Tara Carter, native of Cedar Rapids. Russell has skipped out on all of his responsibilities of being a father to his sweet innocent 8yr old. He left KY with out saying goodbye and I personally think he should be found. I need an address, anyone that might have any information my daughter would appreciate it tremendously!! He has arrears in child support maxing the amount of 3000 dollars. Please help, the govt. can only find him in due process, if I had a address things could move so much faster....please stop a dead beat dad, help me make him pay the consequences!!

You already found him right? And are scheming to go after her, right? I can make life much easier for you if you settle down and play ball rationally. You kids are all the same, irrationally hard headed and don't really think about the consequences of your actions or how they affect your children.
