We have had a boat shop on the south side of Chicago for a long time
considering moving family and business to berrien springs
any one know who or where i can contact to find about more about the possible tax and legal requirements of this potential move?
I have already tried the Michigan state government and the berrien county (in st Joe)
they seem to busy or unwilling to help
was thinking we need 5-10 akers along old us 31 close to shamrock park . want to know about what the taxes would be on a commercial piece of property like this.
we estimate we would have two 10,000 sq foot buildings one heated one unheated
I had thought Michigan would be willing to at least supply me with the information i need to bring jobs back to the state

well here it is November already and not one call returned by state or county government
does any one have any other suggestions where some would be able to turn for help
i don't think the city is big enough to have a economic development representative

with the unemployment at record levels of 17% the job sections of the papers look like a recruiting guide for the national gaurd
why cant i get a call back from government ?
voters take notice
