Does anyone remember back in the early 90's when a bunch of Malden guys came to Bernie and beat the crap out of a bunch of Bernie guys? I think they put a serious whippin on those mules.

I was there...and if I remember correctly (which I do) the malden boys outnumbered us 3 to 1 easily. 3 Bernie guys wouldnt even fight with us, so while you didnt whooop us, you did give us a good fight. I never saw so many people pile in a van (remember Mr. Maldenboy, you needed every one of them) and we had 4 guys. And a girl, if you want to get down to it. There were at least 10-15 Malden boys. Tell the facts like they are! How many Bernie boys went to the hospital??? ZERO

i think you are missing the point. about 10-15 malden boys came to a town of a couple thousand and cleaned house. its not our fault that most of the guys there are sissies and didnt want to fight. so just remember....10-15 malden guys versus the entire town of bernie! we whooped you all really good and embarrassed your names forever.

the only time malden boys whooped bernie men was when they jumped paul p and greg and there was about 15 on two, and greg put one in the emergency room, ant thats the only time. in the early 90s malden got there as' handed to them more than once, been there done that

i remember so well how a handful of maldens toughest came there and almost killed one bernie guy. the malden guys skipped town quick when they realized they almost beat this loser to death. they almost got caught by the cops to but they made it home. we all got hammered drunk and laughed all night when we got home.

You came late at night, when the party was ending, and there were few Bernie guys left, even fewer willing to fight. I was there. I'm not sure what the point is by bringing this up now. Everyone has long sence moved on and grown up but, this is what I remember. I'm a female and was at the parking lot across from the old Swafford photography studio where it happened. The Malden guys jumped out of a van with pipes, bats, and whatever else they could find. Paul Prather was just walking home from the bar. He didn't even know what was going on. Someone should have went to jail for that! He was an older man back when we were kids and didn't have anything to do with what was going on. I believe Greg Gill was walking home also when this all took place. He grabbed a sign and started fighting back with that. They did get him down after about 10 of them jumped on him. Most of the kids out in the parking lot were girls except for about 4 guys that happened to be there. We were all getting dropped off at our cars because they were parked there after a party. I remember the Manus boys and some of our guys became friends and used to play football etc together after that. I remember some guy came to the football field in Bernie with a gun once and started shooting!! He was from Malden I think! Does anyone remember that? If something like that happened these days that guy would be in jail for attempted murder!!

Especially sence I might have weighed more than Paul. He was about 100 lbs back then. Geez! I guess I'm still missing the point of dragging this all up again.
