Fear not as our double dipping re-tired/re-hired chief will simply re-hire them all so they too can drain the system and continue being bullies.

All with Mayor Berry's approval too!

Times like this that I'm glad I'm up the hill in Rio Rancho. Swisstack may be a do-nothing, but at least it doesn't seem like he's actively trying to hurt the city like Berry is doing down there.

This is more about the inept APOA as opposed to Mayor Berry, however if he caves into their whims he's no better than Marty 'the runt' was in that respect. The APOA dislikes the Chief because he won't bend to their every whim. The APOA is selfish and could care less about the rest of those in PERA. They don't want to do their part towards the betterment of all. Yes, their job is quite stressful but they get to retire after 20 years too, just like AFD whereas others must wait 30 years. Plus, as I read it, there will be a minimum age in order to draw retirement of 55 IIRC, whereas there isn't one at the moment. Retiring LEO's need to move on to other jobs outside the city IMO, less stress too.
