This is absurd. The kid that hit Brian should severely be punished for his actions. Whether it was a mistake, a dare, something he didn't mean to do...The point of the matter is, is that David Boom made a stupid choice that day. We all know what is right from wrong ESPECIALLY AT AGE 16. He was in the car trying to show off for his buddy and unfortunately Brian Wu had to pay for it. Do I think the driving age should be changed? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do I think David Boom should have more consequences? ABSO-FUCKIN-LUTELY!!!!! And my other question is...Does David get to continue to drive? I hope not, because he took Brian's chance to drive...Chance to be a kid...Chance to live....
