Man charged with putting pipe to toddlera s mouth

A 22-year-old East Concord man is facing charges he put a lit marijuana pipe to a toddler's mouth.

Whose baby is this? If the parents were their they are just as guilty for letting this happen.

I bet there are readers and posters who will actually think this is funny and have or will do this! Thats part of the problem with smoking pot! Drinking beer also! How many of you drinkers have given a child a drink of beer? Same thing! Funny stuff huh? If you don't know any better your children should be taken away and given to people who would do a better job of parenting!

You're projecting again Gary. Have you ever shot your neighbor? Or arrested anyone just because you were afraid of them? Or molested a young lady you had pulled over?
