___FBI and Infragard

The Progressive
By Matthew Rothschild, March 2008 Issue

Today, more than 23,000 representatives of private industry are working quietly with the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

The members of this rapidly growing group, called INFRAGARD, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does—and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials.

In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that.

One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law.

“We are the owners, operators, and experts of our critical infrastructure, from the CEO of a large company in agriculture or high finance to the guy who turns the valve at the water utility,” says Schneck.

As soon as Kevin Drum at Mother Jones absolved the CIA of spewing poison gas as a provocation, many on the Liberal Left cautiously threw their weight behind Obama and the thrill of waging a punitive war on Syria.

Despite the popular portrayal of the CIA as patriotic guys and girls risking everything to do a dirty job, the typical CIA officer is a sociopath without the guts to go it alone in the underworld. They gravitate to the CIA because they are protected there by the all-powerful Cult of Death that rules America.

___It's Own Government

***Police are More Dangerous to the Public Than Criminals***

by Paul Craig Roberts

At the state and local level every American faces brutal, armed psychopaths known as the police. The “law and order” conservatives and the “compassionate” liberals stand silent while police psychopaths brutalize children and grandmothers, murder double amputees in wheel chairs, break into the wrong homes, murder the family dogs, and terrify the occupants, pointing their automatic assault weapons in the faces of small children.

The police have been militarized and largely federalized by the Pentagon and the gestapo Homeland Security. The role of the federal government in equipping state and local police with military weapons, including tanks, and training in their use has essentially removed the police from state and local control.

No matter how brutal any police officer, it is rare that any suffer more than a few months suspension, usually with full pay, while a report is concocted that clears them of any wrong doing.

***They Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Warrant***

It is not news to me, after practicing criminal defense and teaching in law schools for over 25 years, that the police don’t always follow the letter of the law. But somehow…when four uniformed police officers appeared at my back door, I rather naively assumed that I could keep them from entering my kitchen if I just told them that they could not come in. I was wrong.

___Says The ACLU (once, again)

Reuters)- U.S. government legal opinions that interpret the powers that the FBI has to conduct surveillance should be declassified and released to the public, a civil liberties group said.

In a report set for release on Tuesday, the American Civil Liberties Union said the proliferation of secret legal interpretations threatened the rights of U.S. citizens to be free from warrantless government searches.

___Multiple Gang Stalking Indications

Whatever one thinks of claims about organized stalking and electronic harassment, Monday’s shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard that killed a dozen people (13 including the shooter) and wounded 8 others unquestionably involved details identical to those often associated with claims about gang stalking.

The shooter, Aaron Alexis, claimed to have been stalked by multiple perpetrators and reported that he was the victim of electronic harassment tactics commonly described by other self-proclaimed targeted individuals.

Not surprisingly, some of the comments posted below some of the online news articles about the shooting make reference to the obvious similarities between the incident and other descriptions of organized stalking.

Alexis even carved “My ELF Weapon” into the stock of his shotgun. ELF is a common abbreviation for “extremely low frequency.”

___The CIA and U.S. Government's Non-Consensual Human Experimentation

Project MKUltra is the code name of a U.S. government covert human research operation experimenting in the behavioral engineering of humans (mind control) through the CIA's Scientific Intelligence Division.

The program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and officially halted in 1973.[1]

The scope of Project MKUltra was broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44 colleges and universities, as well as hospitals, prisons and pharmaceutical companies.[9]
The CIA operated through these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions were aware of the CIA's involvement.[10]

As the Supreme Court later noted, MKULTRA was:

"...concerned with "the research and development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior."

The program consisted of some 149 subprojects which the Agency contracted out to various universities, research foundations, and similar institutions. At least 80 institutions and 185 private researchers participated.

Because the Agency funded MKULTRA indirectly, many of the participating individuals were unaware that they were dealing with the Agency.[11]

Wired Magazine

"Another "mass shooting". One has to ask oneself:

Did they want the massacre to happen?

Another indictment of the "mental health system"; of "gun control laws" and "ammunition", of "violent video games", of not enough "law enforcement" overseeing ALL of us and "keeping us safe". Yet, another "deranged, delusional and mentally ill" person "going off his meds".

Schizophrenia doesn't just pop up out of nowhere. You're not going to find 30, 40, 50 year olds just "coming down" with this illness. It usually starts in the late teens or early twenties. And, people with mental illness are, more often that not, the VICTIMS of crime than the ones perpetrating it.

Aaron Alexis, the shooter, was well beyond the "window" of any serious mental illness that occurs for a lifetime (that's not specifically induced by some shrink with a DSM-V bible and a bottle of pills provided by the vulture sitting in his/her waiting room).

Why was he still allowed to work?

1) Except for a few transgressions, he was a perfectly functioning, normal adult
2) They knew of his transgressions and minor issues and decided to capitalize on them
3) His issues weren't serious enough to then have him fired

Psychiatry is NOT a science, nor an art. It's bogus and dangerous and causes people to lose their reputations, livelihoods, standing in communities, children, family, friends and associates. It causes them to lose themselves. It's a brutal and destructive business.

Aaron Alexis was a Buddhist; spoke Thai language fluently. In other reports, complained of "insomnia but not anxiety"; was "alert and oriented" and did not complain of "feeling depressed" nor of wanting to "hurt himself".

Why would a perfectly flawed and NORMAL human being then go on such a brutal escapade?

After ALL these years, decades and millennia, the stigma of "mental illness" is still a powerful tool by those (especially, in "authority") who wish to marginalize, malign and destroy the reputations, standings and lives of anyone they choose.

It's called "scapegoating".

Are "mass shootings" the next 9/11?"

___Gang Stalking and the D.C. Shooter

Wired Magazine

"Some conspiracists suggest that Alexis was a “targeted individual,” or “TI,” the term-of-art used by anguished people who believe they’re being “gang stalked” by shadowy enemies, often in the government. The elements of Alexis’ police report — covert microwave weapons, conspiracies and sleep disturbances — are common elements in gang stalking accounts.(Of course, they’re also common elements in schizophrenia.)….

The microwave weaponry theory would be just as absurd as some of the other conspiracies if the Pentagon hadn’t been researching the possibility of using similar voice-projection technology in the past as a nonlethal weapon."

___War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength. Privacy is Surveillance.

We all know that our phone calls are being monitored by the NSA – location, length of call, who we are calling and when. Likewise, our emails are being scanned by the NSA and our email providers alike.

So no one should really be surprised to learn that this new-wave of tech/internet spying isn’t the only way we’re being monitored. The ACLU released documents this week of examples of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative, which "encourages the collection and sharing of “suspicious activity” among private parties and local, state and federal law enforcement.”

Privacy is surveillance – the ultimate in Orwellian double-think. And this is what we’re encouraged to believe is right and good.

“If you see something, say something,” we’re told repetitively, turning us all into spies for The State, willing to turn over our neighbors, our families, our friends; encouraging us to see all other humans as potential threats to our very way of life.

Our culture, our values, our very survival is constantly under threat by The Other – the shifty scary man who calls his god something different from yours and wears weird head scarves.

“A sudden hot sweat had broken out all over Winston’s body. His face remained completely inscrutable. Never show dismay! Never show resentment! A single flicker of the eyes could give you away.”

Once Winston awoke to the horrors of his government and state in Orwell’s 1984, he regarded everyone with suspicion, not knowing who would give him up as a traitor to the ultimate in state overlords, Big Brother.

It is fear that rules us: fear of each other, fear of Big Brother, fear of being outed. The irony of it all is that the State fears us more than we could fear them. They are under constant watch as well. Constantly gorging themselves on more and more information in a last-ditch effort to hold onto the empire that is quickly being lost to them.

They must look for each little “flicker of the eye” in each and every person, constantly on the hunt, constantly looking over their shoulders. The State is so eager to jump at every shadow that it misses the rising tide of rebellion growing against it. At least, that is my hope.

We cannot leave the fight against these injustices to a few. It must be all of us that join in the fight. Chris Hedges said it best:“If we don’t rebel, if we’re not physically in an active rebellion, then it’s spiritual death.”

MARCH ON DC - Citizens Action - November 5th, 2013

Submitted on Mon, 12/10/2012 - 10:57pm

Tuesday, November 5, 2013 - 8:00am to Friday, January 31, 2014 - 11:00am

Washington Monument
Washington, DC

On November 5th 2013 we the people will march on Washington DC peacefully and unarmed to arrest all members of congress, the president, and all supreme court justices where they will be held without bond until a full independent investigation and trial have been completed. We must re-elect our government within 90 days in order to stave of unrest.

The rEVOLution to Restore the Republic of the United States

First of all please know that this is not a Protest!!!!

...This is a Citizen Action.

We need to organize a citizens arrest of all parties involved in the various criminal acts that have put our country as well as our world in jeopardy. This is going to be a lot of people but none the less it must be done. Hopefully there are some Sheriffs, US Marshals, and military personnel that will remember their oaths to this country upon the taking of this action by the people and lend their support and expertise in bringing known criminals to justice.

What we must do.

The time has come. There are many, many reasons as to why it has come to this but the most important ones are as follows:

First of all it should be perfectly clear that the voting system is not only rigged but also criminally negligent in the handling of our elections from at least 2000 if not further back.

Secondly it should be abundantly clear that the US government has declared war on the American people via such illegal acts as the Homeland Security, Patriot, and National Defense Authorization acts as ALL of the aforementioned acts violate the plain english of the Constitution in one way shape or form.

Third the Supreme Court has failed us in their duty to hear such Constitutional violations much less put a stop to them.

Fourth the President has made himself dictator through various presidential signing statements.

Fifth the US Government has allowed corporations to give orders to America via wars of aggression for resources as well as the many bank bailouts which essentially amount to strong armed robbery of North America as well as the rest of the world.

And finally the police, military, courts, politicians, etc. have failed us in their duty to protect us from tyranny and to have stopped this tyranny from ever having taken hold in the first place.

****We will be meeting at the Washington Monument at 8am on November 5th,2013****

Microwave mind-control technology was developed over fifty years ago during the height of the Cold War. Among the established effects of microwave weapons are sleep deprivation, a symptom that NBC News reports Alexis received treatment for.

Alexis’s Navy rating, aviation electrician’s mate third class, focuses on non-avionics electrical systems of navy aircraft, but other enlisted sailors are trained on microwave systems for shore communications and now even counter directed energy weapons.

Alexis’s reference to “microwave machines” is more than an utterance; the deceased man was familiar with microwave systems beyond the common kitchen appliance.

“Most of the people who go postal, however, in academic as in other workplaces, have been mobbed there in preceding months or years.”-Dr. Kenneth Westhues.

From Wikipedia:

Mobbing in the context of human beings means bullying of an individual by a group in any context, such as a family, school, workplace, neighborhood, or community.

When it occurs as emotional abuse in the workplace, such as “ganging up” by co-workers, subordinates or superiors, to force someone out of the workplace through rumor, innuendo, intimidation, humiliation, discrediting, and isolation, it is also referred to as malicious, nonsexual, nonracial, general harassment.

___It Still Does--By 'Second Hand' Coercion

The answer is simple yet shocking: Government controls me by controlling my trading partners.

Government doesn't tell me to pay sales taxes; it just forces every business in Virginia to collect sales taxes as a condition of sale. Government doesn't tell me who I can and can't hire; it just tells every business I deal with who they can and can't hire. Government doesn't even tell me I have to contribute to Social Security; it just requires my employer to make contributions on my behalf as a condition of employing me.....

Governments rely on indirect coercion because direct coercion seems brutal, unfair, and wrong. If the typical American saw the police bust down a stranger's door to arrest an undocumented nanny and the parents who hired her, the typical American would morally side with the strangers.

Why? Because each of these cases activates the common-sense moral intuition that people have a duty to leave nonviolent people alone.(?)

Switching to indirect coercion is a shrewd way for government to sedate our moral intuition. Government's trick, in short, is to redirect its coercion toward crucial dehumanized actors like business (and foreigners, but don't get me started)...

I've learned from years of writing about what I see as horrific government assaults on the innocent that a very, very typical reaction--even among the types inclined to be reading Reason in the first place--is along the lines of: "if that person just did what they were ordered to do, they wouldn't have had the government harm them!"

Some sick innate desire to see everyone "just obey" often trumps that moral intuition about not harming the non-violent--even among people who agree with the meta-point that the order shouldn't have been made in the first place.
