Target Blog:

Neighbors of ours appeared to get a puppy for Christmas, because a cute little dog turned up in their yard around that time.

Unfortunately, we soon began to both see and hear signs that this animal was being abused. A few days ago, one of my adult children both discussed with me inside our house and communicated by email with a friend that they were seriously considering making an official complaint of animal cruelty against the owner/s. Note that at no time was this matter ever discussed by any of us outside the privacy of our home.

This evening, we found the body of the poor dog in our pasture. As you can clearly see, it had been hit over the head and brutally stabbed to death elsewhere and then thrown over the fence onto our property.

These are the kinds of acts organized stalkers commit. They also happen to be the kind of acts serial killers commit.

Social engineering

Social engineering as applied to security is the exploitation of various social and psychological weaknesses in individuals and business structures, sometimes for penetration testing but more often for nefarious purposes, such as espionage against businesses, agencies, and individuals, typically toward the end of obtaining some illegal gain, either of useful but restricted or private information or for monetary gain through such methods as phishing to obtain banking account access, or for purposes of identity theft, blackmail, and so forth.

***Exploitation of weaknesses caused by inducing cognitive dissonance in targets is one of the techniques used by perpetrators.

Milgram's experiment:
"The Peril's of Obedience"

Milgram summarized the experiment in his 1974 article, "The Perils of Obedience", writing:

The legal and philosophic aspects of obedience are of enormous importance, but they say very little about how most people behave in concrete situations. I set up a simple experiment at Yale University to test how much pain an ordinary citizen would inflict on another person simply because he was ordered to by an experimental scientist. Stark authority was pitted against the subjects'[participants'] strongest moral imperatives against hurting others, and, with the subjects'[participants'] ears ringing with the screams of the victims, authority won more often than not. The extreme willingness of adults to go to almost any lengths on the command of an authority constitutes the chief finding of the study and the fact most urgently demanding explanation.

Little Eichmanns
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

—John Zerzan, Whose Unabomber?[emphasis added]

"Little Eichmanns" is a phrase used to describe persons who participate in society in a way that, while on an individual scale may seem relatively innocuous even to themselves, taken collectively create destructive and immoral systems in which they are actually complicit — comparable to how Adolf Eichmann, a Nazi bureaucrat, unfeelingly helped to orchestrate The Holocaust.

Moral disengagement

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Moral disengagement is a term from social psychology for the process of convincing the self that ethical standards do not apply to oneself in a particular context, by separating moral reactions from inhumane conduct by disabling the mechanism of self-condemnation.[1]

Generally, moral standards are adopted to serve as guides and deterrents for conduct. Once internalized control has developed, people regulate their actions by the standards they apply to themselves. They do things that give them self-satisfaction and a sense of self-worth and refrain from behaving in ways that violate their moral standards. Self-sanctions keep conduct in line with these internal standards.

These processes are forms of moral disengagement of which there are four categories: reconstructing immoral conduct, displacing or diffusing responsibility, misrepresenting injurious consequences, and dehumanizing the victim.

Dehumanizing

A final disengagement practice, dehumanization, is applied to the targets of violent acts and depends on how the perpetrator views the people toward whom the harmful behavior is directed. Once dehumanized, divested of human qualities, people are no longer viewed as persons with feelings, hopes, and concerns but as subhuman objects which do not evoke feelings of empathy from the perpetrator and can be subjected to horrendous treatment.

Banality of evil

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Banality of evil is a phrase used by Hannah Arendt in the title of her 1963 work Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil.[1]

Her thesis is that the great evils in history generally, and the Holocaust in particular, were not executed by fanatics or sociopaths, but by ordinary people who accepted the premises of their state and therefore participated with the view that their actions were normal.

Explaining this phenomenon, Edward S. Herman has emphasized the importance of "normalizing the unthinkable." According to him, "doing terrible things in an organized and systematic way rests on 'normalization.'

This is the process whereby ugly, degrading, murderous, and unspeakable acts become routine and are accepted as 'the way things are done.'"

The Pursuit of the Nazi Mind: Hitler, Hess, and the Analysts, Daniel Pick (Author)

An intellectual and cultural history of the encounter between psychology and fascism. The Pursuit of the Nazi Mind draws on neglected archive sources in Britain and the US, as well as literature, film, legal testimony, letters and memoirs, to map the rise and fall of psychoanalytic and psychiatric explanations of the Third Reich, highlighting the clinical ambition to transform mysterious "Nazi monsters" into plausible, individual "case studies."

Pick then weaves together these Allied attempts to understand Hess and Hitler with the wider attempt to understand the pathology of Nazism and its hold over the German people.

***He also shows just how deeply post-war Western understandings of how minds work and groups operate were influenced by these wartime attempts to interpret the psychopathology of Nazism.

One intent of "organized scheming" (by the way, a felony crime) OS, is to engage in psychological terrorism (not just a crime against humanity, but an international crime and a felony by any standard). Crimes by the only corrupt profession responsible for OS and engaged in unconstitutional, inhumane, heinous and aggregious atrocities on it's fellow citizens.

Why? For kicks, vendettas and malicous intent and just because they are, do and will violate all laws because they can (non-enforced protections), for little more than perverse amusement, sadistic sport, pure lazyiness, ineptitude and a lack of integrity, ethics and honesty. It's called corruption, for corruption's sake!

A large metropolitan police department training on stalking protocol:

"I don't recall anything being given to us about stalking. I don't know what the definition of stalking is. It's sad...there is no definition out there. We may have briefly gone over it in the academy....I don't even know if the detectives will be able to tell you what stalking is. As far as I know I've never seen anyone arrested for that. I don't know if it's taken seriously."

The Tactical Topography of Stalking Victimization

Across studies, an average of 49%(n=32) of stalking
emerged from relationships that were previously romantic.

***Whereas almost 18% of stalking was perpetrated by strangers.

Stalkers pursue information about their
actual object of pursuit by attempting to elicit
information from associates of the target or by
actually involving third parties in the process of
stalking or harassing the target.

Across the studies examining proxy pursuit:

***An average of 54% of stalking victims experienced some degree of third-party pursuit or harassment.

What a horrible situation. Unfortunately the facts seem to support that the neighbors have access to your phone conversations and possibly to your regular conversations in the home as well.

I wonder if calling the cops would help in this instance. These people need to be charged with extreme animal cruelty.

Whoa, didn't know those links were pics,(guess wasn't paying attention)....sad, just sad !

Know of same behaviors by criminal pervert assaulting our family, and certain of poisoning animals in the community,(the piece of demented scum).

And this is exactly the "crap" corrupt cops enlist; criminals like themselves they can trust or control.

I recently heard corrupt cops (unmarked cars) still pull up to this chit's house, to engage in the dirty work of violating others privacy (eavesdrop, extract mail, wiretap cable box emails, collect refuse). At least that's what we discovered.

And all to screw and violate families behind their backs for kicks (and to protect their own felony criminal behavior by projecting crimes (OS) on families who discover what's going on and report it (again, that's what we discovered)! Felony criminal cowards!

It is more sinister than that. They not only allow these people to carry cellphones that can read sim cards and hijack phones.....they are allowing these people to carry money readers that can tell them exactly how much money you have in your pocket. Prepare for the long haul!!!!!! Tribulation is HERE Jeep the faith in CHRIST in order to endure and leave here going to heaven not hell.

You are correct, Brina.

These Civil Rights violations exist in a variety of ways when it comes to the fascist stalking groups that harass, abuse and, yes, torture their fellow citizens.

And, not in the least, the citizens and "neighbors" who, mindlessly, believe the vicious rumors, lies and libel directed at their targets.

Fiery deaths to all.....

Strategies Of Psychological Terrorism:

This paper defines and analyzes the harassment perpetrated by ETA’s terrorist network in the Basque Country, providing a taxonomy of its strategies of psychological violence.

The usefulness of this taxonomy has been tested and contrasted by means of a content analysis of 19 testimonies of persons who were the victims of violence by the terrorist network.

The taxonomy of strategies of psychological violence is made up of four dimensions that emphasize the actions on the context of the persons affected, and on their emotional state, cognitions, and behaviour.

Results show the predominance of emotional and cognitive strategies.

***Stigmatization consists of acts perpetrated fundamentally in a public space with the aim of marking out a person. This may involve graffiti, pictures, banners or other forms in public places, designating the person as an «enemy» and as a «target» of the terrorist network;

***Restrictive acts of freedoms may also include elements of other strategies, but here the nuance consists of putting pressure on the target through the presence of people;

***A strategy of isolation and social exclusion, attempts to ostracise the target and encourage his/her isolation in society. Sometimes by means of intimidation of persons of his/her social environment;

***With Control-surveillance of daily activities the target is usually informed by the Security Forces that he/she has appeared on a list of targets of the terrorist network. Some collaborators or even sympathizers may obtain information on the target which could be used to aid future acts of violence. These collaborators may be from his/her neighbourhood or work, among others.

It is important to point out that in small towns or villages where the terrorist network’s sympathizers may be predominant, it is easier to control and encourage the isolation of the person.

This makes terrorism a social communication mechanism, aimed at modifying behaviour by combining coercion and persuasion (Schmid, 2004).

Organized Stalking 101

1. Vicious lies are spread about the target.

Some examples:

*Drug Dealer/Drug Addict
*Prostitute
*Pedophile
*Criminal

2. Rumor is spread to "neighbors"

Some examples:

*"Neighbors" that, otherwise, were friendly, now become hostile

*Personal and hostile comments directed at target by "neighbors" within earshot

*Outward gossiping in groups by "neighbors" in front of target

*Their dogs now need more walks past your home

*"Neighbors" now find more reasons to go outside and "check" their cars 4-6 times a day

*Hostile staring at target

****Textbook response****
