Spano to run for District 1 council seat

Gus Spano announced his candidacy for Arvada City Council District 1. Spano, a former teacher in Jefferson County, volunteers with Exempla Lutheran Medical Center.

Mr. Spano was my Arvada High School DECA teacher. I learned so many valuable things from his class. The skills that I learned have lead to a great career. I feel he would be a great asset to the Council.
