So glad this man was caught so quickly and extremely happy he didn't even get the opportunity to get the young lady into his car. SHAME ON HIM. Thanks to the Florissant officer on patrol and for being on guard! THANK GOD that this story has a happy ending!

This girl was walking to school at 5:50 am? What school is open so early? Sounds fishy to me!

She was walking to school because she was in an alternative school. They normaly start earlier and run longer hours.
Fine job to PO Green. What they didn' tell you is he was ending his shift on his way back to the station, so he could easily have passed it by, but he did the right thing and needs to be commended.

I live maybe 1 mile from where it happened and this is why I don't let my daughter walk. Florissant is normally very quiet, but things do occasionally happen. I am so glad they caught this guy.
...and to "Collinsville" they do have a thing called "0 Hour" in the high schools where kids can take an extra class which starts an hour before the rest of the school,so no there is nothing "fishy" about her walking that early.

It doesn't matter what the victim was doing she is not the criminal here. We should be able to walk the streets without fear of beng harmed! The creep was caught and the girl is safe. Focus on those two facts!

Angelo came to my business posing as a man that owned a detail company. I allowed him to clean my car and he did a great job. However, I am happy that my boyfriend was present to keep me safe because who knows what he would have done if he was not present. I am happy the police have this man off the street. This just explains that you can not trust anyone and for girls and boys "Be careful and never walk the street alone." Parents never allow yours kids to walk the streets alone.

This guy looks like a guy I saw a little over a year ago lurking around at the Shop N Save on Lindbergh in south county. It was very early in the morning around 6 am, I remember the time because I had dropped my husband off at work. He made me nervous and I asked one of the male store employees to walk me to my car. The guy got in his car and left after he saw I did not go out to my car alone. It was a creepy experience...
