Hate to say it, but I got feeling this guy is already out of state at some relatives house. 16 years old never been arrested and printed. He may not be found for awhile.

I have faith they'll nab him in about a month when school starts. All they have to do is stake out the school's entrance and grab him when he tries entering the building.

I hope they arrest whoever has been hiding him for an "accessory after the fact" and aiding and abetting.

They can all rot together. Coppers need to start pushing this idea to get someone to talk.
