Teen Collapses During Football Practice, Later Dies - KTVI

An 8th grade student at Berkeley Middle School collapsed and died during football practice Tuesday afternoon.

My heart goes out to this mother for I am also grieving for the loss of my 19 year old daughter who was with my neighbor when she went into Cardiac Arrest on July 19th. My family has been harrassed by my neighbor and her daughter since her death and going through ongoing attacks and harrassment through web pages by the 16 year old girl she was with. I know your pain when there are no answers. I pray for your peace along with mines and that the Lord will just rest in your heart with his undying love. I don't know the pain of losing a child, but my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I do think kids need to have better physicals, including Echocardiograms, before they are allowed to play sports. My son was, and I think God everyday. Nothing wrong, but there could have been.
