Oakland: Man slain in Fruitvale shooting identified
A man who died Tuesday from gunshot wounds suffered Jan. 4 in the Fruitvale district was identified by police Thursday as Miguel Barboza, 37. Barboza, an Oakland resident, was shot about 3:25 a.m. Jan. 4 in the 3600 block of International Boulevard after apparently getting into an argument with someone, police said.

Police arent even lookin for suspect! They have put this case on the back burner. Well ima be on their ass bcuz my friend Miguel deserves justice!! So whoever did this, n think ur getting away with it?? "NOT!"
