Finally someone with common sense is in a position to revoke the terrible decisions the Oakland City Counsel has made. The thought of civilians with little or no police field experience making potentially career damaging decisions is absurd. Bravo to the OPOA for sticking to their principles. Now a reasonable and effective review process can be crafted.
