County workers being targeted for Oakland car break-ins
A group of Alameda County workers said Tuesday they've become the repeated target of car burglars and thieves along Telegraph Avenue in Oakland.

Sounds like the city told the county workers "Too bad, so sad." The City of Oakland could give a shit about its residents or people working or visiting in the city. If they cared, they would hire cops, more cops and then more cops. Detroit is looking pretty good compared to Oakland.
