I would put Asian cities on the same level as white cities, many Asian cities are actually very safe and livable, take Tokyo for example.

That's because you've never lived in an asian city while I have. As a matter of fact, I'm living in one now. Are many asian cities modern? Yes, but in almost every major asian city I've lived in there has been way too much corruption, way too many slum areas yucked in between some of those nice, sleek building and towers, and way too much pollution and trash all over the place.

I drove through N.County the other day down New Halls Ferry Rd. and W.Florissant. I could not believe my eyes, It looks like a war zone. I can remember back when I was young and in the summer we would walk to all the stores and sometimes to Northland Shopping Center. Every store is boarded up now or completely gone. The mall is long gone there is a grocery store there now. Sad!
