Berkeley marijuana dispensary forced out of business after 13 years
After nearly 13 years in business, a San Pablo Avenue medical marijuana dispensary in Berkeley was set to close Monday evening under pressure from the federal government for being too close to two schools.

Another victory for the feds over harmless folks who prefer cannabis to pharma. Is there a distance restriction for pharmacies to the proximity of schools?? Seeing as how the pharma substances are a lot worse, you'd think that would be a priority.
Oh wait, that's right, politicians get money from the pharma lobby.
