Meanwhile, Mayor Quan was heard saying "We don't have murders in our city, do we?" as she was preparing to go on another trip to China at the taxpayers expense.

Mayor Jean Quan substantially reduced the size of OPD and it's investigators. She is the one who needs to address this issue.
