Healthy School Lunch Crusade Goes Online

Chef Ann Cooper is leading the movement for healthier school lunches, launching a Web site devoted to the cause and lobbying on Capitol Hill.

i've seen a couple of documentaries about this and it is alarming that kids will drink sodas and eat candy so regularly at school. however, it really starts with parents, they are often the culprits who instill these bad habits.
