And the Catholic hypocrisy continues. Seems the new Bishop is targeting the wrong group. How about targeting all the priests that engage in pedophilia instead? Leave the hard working educators alone. They are doing their jobs.

As an O'Dowd supporter who put children through that school, I, for one, will no longer donate to the school if this is not abandoned quickly. The Oakland Diocese has much bigger fish to fry with culpability in certain criminal cases.

What's next, the Catholic schools will no longer teach true science, evolution, astronomy? This Bishop is on the wrong track. He better back off if he wants the schools to prosper.

Bishop Barber, drop this idiotic nonsense, apologize, and move on with providing spiritual guidance, not micro managing other peoples lives.

Hmmm... This Barber fellow must think that all his new see's properties are indestructable, or something.

I think that if all the parents have strong feelings against this situation then they owe it to themselves and their doG to approach Barber 'in a spirit of humility and instruction' and 'creatively' make his life and his business a living hell to the point of where he thinks of ending one or the other.

How about focusing on the PRIESTS FOLLOWING CHURCH TEACHINGS!!! Another priest arrested for having sex with a minor in Davis, while the teachers quietly go about their business of teaching. Bishop Barber opened this can of worms, so let's take it to him.
