Of all the cities in the Bay Area, why Vallejo? Berkeley's council is sending a message to Vallejo, drug traffickers know our city as another haven for their illegal trade. They see the Vallejo council even defending them because of the extra money they receive in taxes. Vallejo is fast becoming a dumping ground for drugs and parolees and our neighbors are laughing about it.
