Huge increase of mentally ill homeless in Alameda County
The number of homeless people in Alameda County with severe mental illness jumped by 35 percent in just two years, according to a census taken earlier this year by a consortium of local agencies called EveryOne Home.

I know a few people who learned a new way of income by saying that they have mental illness to get a check from the government...it actually worked for him and everyone he's telling about it..I think he gets like 6 or 7 hundred dollars a month. ...
