This judge has already tried and convicted Mullet and his associates. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Impartial judges do not make incriminating statements against defendants before their trial. Biased witch hunters do. Polster needs to be removed from this case. He has repeatedly demonized Mullet as well as denied him bail without justification. In fact, Polster should be impeached.
