Ohio Man Found Guilty of Raping Young Girls

I find it very odd that there was no physical evidence or DNA Evidence in this case and they find this man Guilty. The child service guy that was on the stand admittedly said he coerced those girls after the jury saw the taped vidoe. The mother was caught lying on stand, the doctor stated that the only thing wrong with the girls is that the middle one had a yeast infection and a rash due to uncleanliness. How is it you have a jury of your peers and they were not obviously at the same trial as the man being charged. There was lying - perjury - nothing to state that this man should be found guilty. The only person that should have been found guilty is the woman who falsley accused him of these things. It is pretty bad that when a man no longer wants to be with their spouse - the woman can be so devious to accuse the man of such crimes that were never committed. What is this world coming to? Why should we let her get away with such - it would be totally different if any or all of her accusations against this man were true - but during trial - there was nothing proven. WHERE WERE THE JURY AT??? We are suppose to trust each other. Let our peers see - there was substantial reason beyond a doubt - OBVIOUSLY - the jury was set up or they were at a totally different trial. You now made the choice to send an innocent man to Prison for something he has not done. All i ask is WHY?

What is RAPE? Do you have your own definition? Well this man is being charged of 2 counts of RAPE even though a doctor stated that there was not PHYSICAL EVIDENCE To prove RAPE??? The report states that this happened over a 4 year period. You mean to tell me as the mother for 4 years you could not tell that your husband was RAPING these girls??? What kind of mom are you? Maybe you should be put in prison for not caring for your children properly. Just know that we are fighting this. If i have to personally go to the top of whomever to prove his innocence. Why are Innocent People put in Prison. It should be the Accusers put away - especially when there is no evidence, no dna, the child service guy states that he coerced the children, the expert can not even explain - but yet YOU put him away - along with many other Innocent People. Do you now know what is going on with this case. Not only is this man going to prison - but his so-called wife (ex) now is fighting for his parents property. This man hardly had anything but yet she wants their blood. How can a person be so evil. Actually, shame on us (the system) to allow this to happen. No evidence / No DNA / No nothing - but yet we find him GUILTY. This woman should not be allowed to say such things (nor anyone) without evidence. I ask you - Where is the Evidence??? Now this woman wants his parents property. From what i heard, she already was allowed to steal 9 cows - needless to say, 3 of the cows belonged to his parents - they had proof and still was allowed to take them. How can this be? Where does this NONSENSE Stop - We as citizens, taxpayers, need to put a stop to this. This woman has never worked a day in her life - has lived off the system forever - I, myself, need to work. This mans parents have worked very hard for what they have and now a low-life scum wants it - hell - what we ought to do - is make her get a job - even at McDonalds wherever, and whatever she works hard for - we should actually be allowed to take it.

This is not right what this woman is doing? Please don't let people like her get away with anymore. We cannot let her take these people's property. You were not present at the proceedings and have no idea what was said from the stand. Only your father sat through the court and heard the evidence.

Others who witnessed for your brother; Garry (mother of a 16 year old girl) who admitted her daughter frequented your brother's barn.
A male neighbor; who could only state your sister in law was upset that evening and mentioned family issues.

Witness' are not allowed to hear evidence or testimony of others while trial is conducted. They do hear the summary of evidence should they choose to sit during closing arguments. The one male witness turned visibly green upon hearing it.
The 'child service guy' was not heard nor recorded in court as saying 'he coerced those girls' also there was no coercion evident within those tapes.
The mother was not even accused of lying on the stand nor was any mention made by the courts of perjury.

The doctor stated hygiene due to an incontinence issue which was caused by the STD.

As for the jury, after selection it was the same jury as selected who were present in the court room during the entire trial. You were not there to see them.

Teresa, your still ranting on the same note as before the trial as told time and again to neighbors. Your family doesn't get along with any neighbors who have disagreed with your thinking since this has all began. Not everyone is intimidated by the rantings of your unstable family.

It's about time for you family to relocate as they have done in the past due to the troubles which follow your clan.

A move from Baraboo, WI - an elder brother convicted of same (he took a guilty plea and received considerably less time in jail)
A move from the Canton area of OH - due to troubles with the younger brother; not allowed to ever see his children (luckiest of the children).

This brother by the way threatening to kill people and screaming such to the sheriffs when taking a statement of same complaint.

One thing I do agree with you. The law enforcement does little. This brother who can't drive from drunkenness (state took his privileges) is still allowed a hunting license and can carry a gun YET it was he who fired off an auto-matic weapon in his house in front of his kids - a hostage event wasn't it?!

From what is told, your own Uncle Bob (now deceased) was much in the habit; but neither you nor your mother held him to account. Of course it is a 'family affair'.

You would come to visit, watch your brother defy his bond agreement by doing drugs, drinking and moving his girlfriends daughters into his trailer. The last time was just a few weeks before trial. Just after his girlfriend had left him for her other boyfriend who was just released from jail for child molestation, then popped 4 days later for laying drunk with a minor.

She wouldn't even take her grandchildren to the hospital when they were sick. The mother of those children had to ask neighbors to take them as she had no car!

Harassed the mother, causing the judge in the divorce hearing to order cows sold and held in escrow. The cows were on the marital property, where the elder parents were ordered to stay off of because of their threats to this woman and her children.

It's the grandparents who should be blamed, they raised their boyz and this Teresa. Three of the boyz had troubles with children. Two guilty of child molestation and the other harmful action leading to never seeing his children again.

I've seen those documents and they don't state what you claim they state.(Which was also shown to be so in court).

Your claim that everyone wanted your brother is an old tactic of your family. I recall your brother playing such lines also. Truth is he would get angry when disagreed with.

When he was passing those documents about for people to look at, he'd also comment that he's so large he'd have hurt those girls had he done it. I recall the look on his face when I told him that is not true.(reminding him of the 18 month old infant in Texas who lived after undisclosed surgeries). Further, in court the experts had shown that your continued arguement of no evidence is moot.

The excuse of the cars for not taking a child to the hospital is a sorry attempt of showing how good your family is. When a woman has small children, two being under 5 or so and one is ill, the mother ends up to the hospital with ALL the children. Even with the one, don't you think it would have been nice to have support or even assistance with the healthy children? Nice family, as they couldn't bother as they live across the road! But no, your family would not.

I'm not the only person who had heard your mother calling her grandchildren liars on this point.

She never said anything when her son had his girlfriends children living with him while on bond, either time!

Didn't anyone tell him that to look innocent he should act innocent? Twice those children were removed from their mother because she had her daughters around your brother. It would seem any man who was innocent would have lived beyond reproach while on bond. It made it his business to be around children as much as he could.

Oddly, none of what these women state was proved in court; quite the contrary.

And the investigators to prove wrongful conviction hadn't found anyone with anything good to say about the man.

Down to assisting his toy girl to getting an apartment in town, because of the authorities reminding them that he's not allowed around children and threatened to take the children from her. So happened her former was getting out of jail (Bills trail took too long). She and the kids moved in and he was returned to jail for being with a minor.

Back to Bills and the children were shortly removed by authorities again.

The investigators can not make a case of wrongful conviction.

Doubt it looks well on the board that one of you would claim shame on you having an affair with a married man when you yourself are married, yet it was find for the married man (Billy) to leave his wife for Shelly (her own admission in previous post).

Her reputation isn't too good, nor her children. Why the daughter has since had a son and paternity was in question. Yet (baby's dad's family reports) the girl hoped it was another's who is an adult male. The kids have much more to say which sounds much like that group in Texas.

Up here in these hills, they just jump from house to house, so the mother can have a man.

This appears to be railroad trial. There is no evidence against the man and even, then the mom must have known about the guy doing the girls and did not mind. What is the big deal? If the girls did not want the guy to do them they had 4 years to stop it or tell on him. It appears to me that it was consenous. The girls knew what was happening and participated in it willing. Give me a break!

As far as stating that Shelley's daughter had a son. Well guess what I've known Shelley for 12 yrs and that would have put her oldest daughter at the age of 14. I never saw anything of her being pregnant or a baby. May be you had better crawl back to whatever hole you came out of and look at the truth before you speak.

As far as I'm concerned the evidence that was presented to the court was shoddy at best. The Children Services admitted that they cooerced the 2 girls into their testamony then the Harrison County DA comes up with the worst prosecution I've ever seen.

Crissy Baer and the judge should be ashamed of themselves for STEALING Bill's parents cattle. Who would stoop so low? Maybe the people in Harrison County should be questioning their vote on the judge and DA. They wanted a swift and speedy trial so that the county wouldn't have to pay for it. Well guess what? From what I've seen the people in Harrison County had better be ready to reach REAL deep into their pockets for what's about to come.
