Q: If my workplace has central cooling, What are the risks?

A: Is it large flooded evaporator type chiller containing large quantities of refrigerant? Refigerant vapor displaces oxygen and sinks low to the floor and eventually fills the room up much like water. I might be standing in a room with vapor up to my neck and still survive by wearing a snorkel to get the hell out of the building.
