Woman dies after being stabbed in the head, police make an arrest

A 40-year-old woman has died after being stabbed in the head Wednesday night on Ambrose Street, and Rochester Police have arrested the man they believe is the killer.

It was like "Mission Accomplished" when they came out with that story. Uh, no - the war is not over, it has only just begun.

They should have known not to make the announcement that "crime is down" because that's like saying, "gee, it's quiet around here"
in the ER. Before that last word is even out of your mouth - here comes the tidal wave.

crime is not down..... the did some number munipulation so they can say that. but no crime is not down

so what is your evidence that crime is not down? Both the FBI and several local news sites released numbers showing that crime was down. Please show us that crime is not down.

Read the story, she was stabbed in her apartment not outside. camera's don't monitor inside of your house. Get a clue before you started typing.

yes they stated crime is down in the city and they are correct. You should probably pay attention to the news because you look pretty dumb. Murders were down around 45% compared to last year. A couple killings does not change the fact that crime is stilld own.
