Your description is very good. I would initially think of communities such as Brandon Mill and Woodside Mill and the booming Art District on Pendleton St. The Westside would also include Monaghan, Judson, the southern part of Berea and Welcome, but the Sans Souci, northern and eastern side of Berea would not be included. I feel like those areas bleed into the Furman, TR, Cherrydale, Paris Mtn. areas North of Greenville.
